The work shall be executed as per drawing/direction of Employer\"s Representative which includes writing and painting, arrangement for traffic diversion such as traffic signals during construction at site for day and night, glow lamps, reflective signs, marking, flags, caution tape as directed by the Employer\"s Representative. The barricading provided shall be retained in position at site continuously i/c shifting of barricading from one location to another location as many times as required during the execution of the entire work till its completion. Rate include its maintenance for damages, painting, all incidentals, labour materials, equipments and works required to execute the job. The barricading shall not be removed without prior approval of Employer\"s Representative.(Note : One time payment shall be made for providing barricading from start of work till completion of work i/c shifting. The barricading provided shall remain to be the property of the contractor on completion of the work). |

Saddle seal shall be of virgin rubber SBR Grade 30 / NBR (NSF 61 approved). It shall be of type pressure activated hydro-mechanical design. It shall be contoured gasket to provide a positive initial seal, which increases with increase in the line pressure.Gasket shall be gridded mat, with tapered ends, with the outlet section having ring contacting the saddle body multiple rings contacting the pipe, preferably with a stainless steel reinforcing ring insert moulded to prevent expansion under pressure. Stainless Steel Type 304, NC rolled threaded, Tightening torque for1/2\"(M12) nut bolt: 14g.m and for 5/8\"(M16) nut bolt:21-23kg.m. Drilling the DI pipeline shall be through the chain and rachet mechanism and the drill hole shall be perpendicular to the axis of the DI pipeline, including supplying & laying MDPE PE 80 PN16 blue pipe as per ISO 4427 upto the property limit of both sides of road including supplying & fixing PP compression fittings such as Metal Insert Female Thread Adaptor with SS304 material (2Nos), Double compression elbow with compression on both sides (4Nos) complying to ISO 14236-2000 and GI plug-infor closure of ends/GI pipe with union to joint with existing connection, SS Ball Valve, FVC. | 810 | Providing ,laying & jointing of sewer house service connection to individual housess from chamber inside the property to either road side chamber or street manhole .Works includes supply and delivery of Foam core PVC Pipe with ISI mark intended for underground (buried)_ non pressure gravity sewer applications conforming to IS:16098 (Part 1) with latest amendments for different sizes and stiffness classes as per specifications including identification of location of existing chamber / sleeve.The pipes shall be fitted with rubber ring.The rubber ring shall be trouble-free watertight joint with allowance to thermal expansion / contraction. Including excavation (in water mud or under foul condition, dismantling of all type of roads like BT, CC, Stone, Paver blocks (all thickness and sizes), and floors likes kota stone, tile, manhole etc. Or any other type of floooring as per site condition, dewatering, refilling, compaction and disposal of surplus earth / unserviceable materials with all lead and lift at suitable disposal site as directed by Employers Representative. Making conncetion of drain or sewer line with existing manhole including breaking into and making good the walls, floors, with cement concrete. The specials like bends, tees, couplers,etc.) shall be provided as per site condition .All transportation,loading and unloading ,conveying to site,lowering ,laying and jointing of pipes, 75 mm thick sand/concretebedding all around the pipe ( 75 mm thk PCC is to be provided if cover above pipe is less than equal to 0.9 mtr and sand bedding is to be provided if cover above pipe is more than 0.9 mtr) as per drawing and specifications shall be inclusive complete the work in all respect and as per specification and as directed by the Employers Representative .The Stifness class shall be ,SDR 34,SN-8.(CC Floor restoration shall be paid saparately ) |
