4	The terms and conditions for printing Shree Saibaba Deluxe Wall Calendars and Shree Saibaba Table 3D Desk Calendars will be as follows
5	Dummy Copy 1) Shri Saibaba Deluxe Wall Calendar & Shri Saibaba3D Desk Calendar Bidder should submit a printed dummy copy (physical along with the submission of technical bid to the sansthan, with the same specifications as mentioned in the tender document for quality evaluation. Only those bidders will qualify for commercial opening, who have submitted physical printed dummy as per the tender norms. Quality evaluation will be done on the basis of Concept (a) Quality of Design (b) Printing quality (c) Turnover (d) Press Experience & over all look and creativity. Thereafter the cumulative marks of quality evaluation and financial marks will decide the selection of the bidder. 2) Procedure for Finalization of Tender. a) Item No. 1 in terms & conditions (03) of e-tender – Total 8 pages of Deluxe calendar and total 7pages in 3D desk calendar (with 3D photo). The said colour photos in these pages is to beprepared by the tenderer himself after studying the life of Shri Saibaba as mentioned in Shri SaiCharitra book. b) The said colour pages are to be submitted in the technical tender in dummy format as per thegiven specifications. c) The Sample dummy received by the tenderers of the said tender will be scrutinized according totheir quality and will be given marks & the tenderer selected accordingly. Marks will be given tothe dummy as mentioned in the QCBS system. 3) Printing of BAR CODE and Price Tag should be printed at back of cover in the right side of bottom. 4) Bidder should not make any changes in given matter without Sansthan Authority permission.
6	Dummy /Sample Copy 1) Bidder should submit 2 Copies of provided printing matter to Sansthan Authority for approval purpose. 2) After approval of provided sample by Sansthan Authority, Bidder can proceed further. 3) Sansthan reserves the rights to make any changes in provided printing material, if necessary.
