| 3 | M & L for screed bed or bedding layer of Mortar Avg 40 mm thick in CM 1: 4 for laying floor finishes including complete cleaning and removal of all rubbish outside Factory premises etc all complete as directed by the Engg in Charge.Important Notes: i) The Screed bed of required thickness shall be placed so as to match the existing kota stone floor level at one end and to achieve desired slope for effective drainage of water at the wall end.ii) Bidders are requested to visit site for assessment of required volume of screed bed before quoting for the tender. Any claim regarding additional thickness shall not be entertained by Factory authorities during & after execution of work. |
| 4 | S & F Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing (Contractor shall use prepolished Kota stone flooring purpose) etc complete including complete cleaning and removal of all rubbish outside Factory premises etc all complete as directed by the Engg in Charge.Important Note: Sample of pre-polished kota stone shall be got approved from the EIC before fixing. |

| 6 | M & L for rendering plaster in CM 1:4 Avg 20 mm thick on Stone Masonry surface or surfaces other than fair faces of brickworkat any height or position including all safety precautions, complete cleaning of site, thorough curing for 14 days & removal of all rubbish outside Factory premises etc all complete as directed by the Engg in Charge.Important Notes: (i) Contractor shall use proper gradation of aggregate for mortar preparation.(ii) Use of Stone Dust shall not be made for preparation of mortar.(iii) The cement to be used shall not be more than one month old. |
| 7 | S & F Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x7 mm / 450X350X7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement paste and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of tiles (Make of tiles, 1st Quality from: HR Johnson / Kajaria / Rak Ceramics/ Somany) including complete cleaning of site & removal of all rubbish outside Factory premises etc all complete as directed by the Engg in Charge.Important Notes: (i) The sample of wall tiles shall be got approved from the EIC before fixing.(ii) The cement used shall not be more than one month old. |
