M&L for Removal unserviceable members of chair verandah and S&F with gas welding of new members made out of 18/19mm thick MS pipe etc complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L for complete removing of existing paint from chairby scrapping and removing with abrasive cloth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel white paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L for removing unserviceable rubber shoes of chair verandah and providing new hard rubber shoes in white colour complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L for stiffener of size 12mm square pipe 18Gx16\" with appropriate MS plate shall be welded below the seat of chair as extra support complete all as specified and directed by EIC

M&L for Removing the unserviceable PVC seat and back from chair verandah and S&F new PVC seat and back 4mm thick seat made of PPCP material weight not less 1.85 kg suitable for chair verandah as per drg and complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L for preparation of polished wooden surfaces by SCRAPPING MACHINE/ GRINDER MACHINE and applying one coat of French polishing on exposed surface. TO ACHIEVE GLOSSY FINISH complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

NOTE:-(i)-The contract sum shall be arrived at after duducting amount of schedule of \"Credit\" from the Total quoted amount

Note for all items:- (i) All items in BOQ are for \"Materials and labour / Supply and fix\" and to be executed in \"Repairs/Replacement unless otherwise specifically mentioned as \"Supply only\" or Fixing only\" in BOQ Bidders are required to quote their rates accordingly.(ii) The contract sum shall be arrived at after duducting amount of schedule of \"Credit\" from the Total quoted amount(iii) Makes of materials will be approved by GE in writing before commencement of work.(iv)- Quantities are clubbed in BOQ for different Jobs. For which ref. Annexure-I on Sl. page. No. 41 to 43 of tender document.
