Construction Of Foundation Blocks By Way Of Excavating The Trenches Of Required Size And Disposing Off The Excavated Material To A Suitable Location Outside The Premises. Providing And Fabricating A 10Mm Dia. Tor Steel Bar Mesh And Fixing The Base Frame On The Steel Mesh And Raising The Height Of Block Upto One Feet Above Ground Level And Proper Levelling/ Finishing The Alleviated Portion Of The Foundation Block. Fabrication Of 04 Nos. New Foundation Bolts For The Hcp. These Foundation Bolts Are To Be Fixed In The Base Frame And Welding/Fixing It With Tor Steel Mesh At Appropriate Places. Providing and Fabricating a 10mm dia. Tor steel bar mesh and fixing the base frame on the steel mesh and raising the height of block upto one feet above ground level and proper levelling/ finishing the alleviated portion of the foundation block. Fabrication of 04 nos. new Foundation bolts for the HCP. These foundation bolts are to be fixed in the base frame and welding/fixing it with tor steel mesh at appropriate places. Providing and laying of plain cement concrete in the ratio of 1:4:8 by using 40 mm size aggregate for a height of 150 mm with proper compaction. Providing and laying of reinforcement cement concrete in the ratio of 1:1.5:3 for a height of 1 mtr. by using 20/10 mm size aggregate. The RCC foundation block should be sufficiently alleviated with respect to floor level for transfer of stresses and vibration of booster pump while in operation. Providing/Fabrication/laying of suction and delivery lines at pumping station. Suction and delivery size of pipe should be of as per the design of pump. Fabrication of Suction pipe of size 65mm dia. Pipe with welding work in double layer using reputed make electrodes to form strong and leak proof joints and also a sluice valve of suitable dia should be fitted between sump tank and the suction line using MS flanges, gaskets, nuts and bolts. Also, delivery lines of all the pump should be connected to the respective Fabrication of Delivery pipe of size 50mm dia. Pipe with welding work in double layer using reputed make electrodes to form strong and leak proof joints and also a sluice valves of suitable dia. should be fitted between the delivery manifold and the rising mains as per site requirements using MS flanges, gaskets, nuts and bolts. The suction/delivery pipes shall be properly painted by using two coats of anti-rust primer and two coats of super enameled black paint with writing on them. P/F of heavy-duty Sluice valve 65 mmØ-01 no. at the Suction side. P/F Reflux Valve 50 mmØ-01 no with flanges as per size of valves at appropriate place of the delivery line.P/F of heavy-duty Sluice valve 50 mmØ-01 no at appropriate place of the delivery lines. The job includes P/F of M.S bends, flanges, nut-bolts, washers etc. Both suction & delivery pipes and accessories should be independently supported near the pump, so that when the flanges, bolts are tightened no strains will be transmitted to the pump casing. Job also includes mounting of the panel to the wall / floor of the pump room. METERING: The enclosure should be front shutter mounted with key locking system having glass window. Digital electronic voltmeter & ampere meter (Showing all the three phases) should be provided along with the required current transformer and selector switches. The internal control wiring should be done with flexible PVC LT cable with proper thimbing at each end. FEATURES AND SPECIFICATIONS: 1) The system should trip the motor on power failure and on appearance of an electrical fault mentioned below which may otherwise damage the motor field coils and should not restart automatically until unless the system is reset manually, thus providing automation to the system and protection to the motor. 2) The system shall provide protection against: - a.
