NOTE:- (1) The work will be suspended immediately if the services are not found satisfactory or HPSEBL provides its own man power for the propose. (2) Number of labour can be increase / decrease as per urgency of work. (3) The materials/T&P required will be provided by the Contractor. (4) Contractor will be responsible for any fatal / non-fatal accident during the work. (5) TheG.S.T @18% will be paid /born by HPSEBL extra. The same shall be deposited by the contractor himself. |
