| 2 | Providing and applying tack coat using Hot stright run bitumen of grade VG-10 including heating the bitumen and spraying the bitumen with machnically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler cleaning and preparing the existing road surface to remove all dirt, dust mud etc and finally brooming the surface as per relevent clause of MORTH specifications on WBM / WMM surface @ 0.75 kg / Sqm including all leads, lifts, costs & carriages of materials involved upto site of work complete job finished measurement to be paid. |
| 3 | Providing and laying bituminous macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified as per MORTH Specification grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site by tippers, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher equipped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers las per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 50 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-10 @ 3.5% (percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in Drum Type Hot Mix Plant of 60-90 TPH capacity including all leads, lifts, costs & carriages of all materials upto site of work, Hire charges of tools, plant, equipments & all allied machinary with cost of labour, taxes, fee, testing charges for maintaining quality control during and after execution of work complete in all respects as per relevent clause of MORTH specifications finished measurement to be paid. |
| 4 | Providing and laying semi- dense Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, as per MORTH Specifications, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equipped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.25 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG 10 @ 5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Drum Type Hot Mix Plant of 60-90 TPH capacity. Finished Measurement to be paid. |
