42	ISOLATOR STRUCTURE : Fabrication of isolator structures 3.5 Mtrs. in height as per drawing No. RES. 39 Digging of two Nos. pits of size of 1.075x 0.9 x 0.3 Mtr., providing stone pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting of two legs of the isolator structure in CC of two legs of the isolator structure in CC ( Cement, coarse sand and stone grit of 20 mm gauge ) of ratio 1:4:8 in block of 1.075 Mtr. x 0.9 Mtr. x 0.3 Mtr. including supply of all T & P complete in all respect. The work includes dragging , shifting up to 40 Mtrs., raising and erecting the two legs with runner of isolator in proper alignment, level and plumb. Both plinth of the isolator structure shall be properly finished with champering of edges.
43	LIGHTENING ARRESTOR/ POST INSULATOR/FUSE SET STRUCTURE: Fabrication of Lightening arrestor / post insulator / fuse set structure as per drawing No. RES. 39 Digging of two Nos pits of size of 1.075x 0.3x 0.3 Mtr. , providing stone pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting of two legs of the above structures in CC ( Cement, coarse sand and stone grit of 20 mm gauge ) of ration 1:4:8 in block of 1.075 Mtrs. x 0.3 Mtrs. x 0.3 Mtrs. including supply of all T&P complete in all respect. The work include dragging, shifting up to 40 Mtrs., raising and erecting the two legs with top frame above structures in proper alignment, level and plumb. Both plinths of the structures shall be properly finished with champering of edges etc.
44	PAINTING OF STRUCTURE : Painting of Isolator/L.A./Post Insulator/ Fuse SetStructures with two coats of Aluminum paint of good quality including cost of material, labour and T&P complete in all respect.
45	Pipe Earthing of Power Transformer by way of boring and loweringof “B” class G.I. pipe 50 mm. dia. into the ground up to the water level to the lower end of which a solid copper con approx 9 inches long and 750 gram in weight provided and screwed in connecting and bringing out continuous copper wire 8 SWG from the cone to the ground surface where it will be bolted to the G.I. Earth strip for Transformer neutral connection. The earth strip will be welded to the G.I. pipe. The work also includes cap and clamp for pouring water, the cost of all material with all labour and T&P etc. complete in all respect.
46	Chemical Pipe earthing
47	Fabrication and grouting of G.I. Channel 100x50x6 mm. in L shape & in proper size and alignment to provide support for the two separate Earthingstrips for power transformer neutral including supply & fixing of two nos. flexible copper bonds for neutral Earthing. The work also includes painting of G.I. Channel with two coats of aluminium paint.
48	Fabrication and erection of cable support made of two pieces ofG.I. 65x65x6 mm. 3.00mtr. long, joined to each other by means of 5 Nos. M.S. flat 50x6 mm. pieces of size 150 mm. long each by welding at equal intervals as per drawing and grouting in a block of size 300x300x700 mm complete with two coats of Aluminum paint. This includes providing of four nos. G.I. clamp made of G.I. flat for holding the cable including Nuts & bolts.
49	PLINTH OF 5 MVA, 33/11 KV TRANSFORMERS : Construction of plinth of size 3.46x4.46 Mtr. for 5 MVA Transformers having 0.5 Mtr. below ground level and 0.4 Mtr. above ground level.The work also includes laying of 2 Nos. 3.46 Mtrs. long each rail pieces complete with cutting welding & proper fitting etc. The plinth will be made as per drawing and shall be plastered/finished on top and sides of the plinth.

55	FIXING OF 11 KV CABLE ENDS: (A)Preparing and fixing of 11 KV, XLPE cable cut out door jointing kits after carefully removing the insulation of the cable, duly plumbing and taping of cable providing, fixing and crimping of proper size good quality lugs and complete work including cost of material such as insulating tapes, cotton tape, plumping material and lugs etc. other than jointing kits.
56	(B) Preparing and fixing of 11 KV XLPE cable indoor jointing kits on switch gears after care fully removing the insulation for the cable, providing, fixing and crimpling ofproper size good quality lugs , duly plumbing and taping of cable with good quality of cotton tape, empire tape, H.T. Tape and PVC tape, properly fixing of lugs on switch gears and boxer complete in all respect including cost of material such as insulating tapes, cotton tape , plumbingmaterial and lugs etc. other than jointing kits.
57	(C) Wearing 100 mm. dia., 3.0 mtr. long G.I. pipe on the feeder cable before mounting the cable on the double pole lifting, mounting and clamping of 11 KV feeder cable boxes on the feeder double pole structure and makingconnections including supply of cable mounting clamps. The work includes the sealing of G.I. pipes’ top end supply of G.I. pipes’ lower endof the pipe is to be buried in to the earth by about one foot.
58	Laying of 2 x 2.5 mm² control cable through cable trench in SGR interlinking through proper connections Transformer control panel/ Protection board/Battery & Battery Charger/buchholtz relay/ 33/11 KV Transformer junction box/ 33 KV VCB, CTs, PT etc. as per site conditions.
59	Laying of 4 x 2.5 mm² control cable through cable trench in SGR interlinking through proper connections Transformer control panel/ Protection board/Battery & Battery Charger/buchholtz relay/ 33/11 KV Transformer junction box/ 33 KV VCB, CTs, PT etc. as per site conditions.
60	OUT DOOR EARTHMAT : Laying of earth mat in the switch yard by laying of M.S. Round of 32 mm dia. in 750 mm deep trenches and grounding of earth mat with M.S. Round 32 mm. dia.,3 mtr. long earth electrodes as per drawing. The work includes welding/bolting of M.S. round, M.S. Branch Strips pad connecting all steel structures in the switch yard with the earth and connection by M.S. Flat to pipe earthing and chemical pipe earthing as per Resspo norms
61	INDOOR EARTHMAT : (A) Preparation of earth mat for earthing of indoor equipments by means of M.S. earth strips 50X6 mm connecting to 4 nos. earthing electrodes of 32 mm dia. (including fabrication of earthing electrodes) 3Mtr. long on both side of control room (as per RESPO drawing RES-40) This work includes driving of earth electrodes straight down into the earth so that its top remain 500 mm below ground level, earth work laying bending, welding of M.S. earth strips 50X6mm in the trench of con trol room and connection to both side squares.Earthing of all indoor equipments by providing and laying M.S. earthstrip 50X6mm including cutting, welding bending etc.
