45Pipe Earthing of Power Transformer by way of boring and loweringof “B” class G.I. pipe 50 mm. dia. into the ground up to the water level to the lower end of which a solid copper con approx 9 inches long and 750 gram in weight provided and screwed in connecting and bringing out continuous copper wire 8 SWG from the cone to the ground surface where it will be bolted to the G.I. Earth strip for Transformer neutral connection. The earth strip will be welded to the G.I. pipe. The work also includes cap and clamp for pouring water, the cost of all material with all labour and T&P etc. complete in all respect.

47Fabrication and grouting of G.I. Channel 100x50x6 mm. in L shape & in proper size and alignment to provide support for the two separate Earthingstrips for power transformer neutral including supply & fixing of two nos. flexible copper bonds for neutral Earthing. The work also includes painting of G.I. Channel with two coats of aluminium paint.
48Fabrication and erection of cable support made of two pieces ofG.I. 65x65x6 mm. 3.00mtr. long, joined to each other by means of 5 Nos. M.S. flat 50x6 mm. pieces of size 150 mm. long each by welding at equal intervals as per drawing and grouting in a block of size 300x300x700 mm complete with two coats of Aluminum paint. This includes providing of four nos. G.I. clamp made of G.I. flat for holding the cable including Nuts & bolts.

56(B) Preparing and fixing of 11 KV XLPE cable indoor jointing kits on switch gears after care fully removing the insulation for the cable, providing, fixing and crimpling ofproper size good quality lugs , duly plumbing and taping of cable with good quality of cotton tape, empire tape, H.T. Tape and PVC tape, properly fixing of lugs on switch gears and boxer complete in all respect including cost of material such as insulating tapes, cotton tape , plumbingmaterial and lugs etc. other than jointing kits.
57(C) Wearing 100 mm. dia., 3.0 mtr. long G.I. pipe on the feeder cable before mounting the cable on the double pole lifting, mounting and clamping of 11 KV feeder cable boxes on the feeder double pole structure and makingconnections including supply of cable mounting clamps. The work includes the sealing of G.I. pipes’ top end supply of G.I. pipes’ lower endof the pipe is to be buried in to the earth by about one foot.
58Laying of 2 x 2.5 mm² control cable through cable trench in SGR interlinking through proper connections Transformer control panel/ Protection board/Battery & Battery Charger/buchholtz relay/ 33/11 KV Transformer junction box/ 33 KV VCB, CTs, PT etc. as per site conditions.
