It shall have sand mediaand activated carbon filter, micron filter, 1no. antiscalant dosing pump, 4nos RO membrane with FRP housing. High pressure pump (HPN) system 1no 3.0 HP kirioskar/texmo/eq. make, pressure guage, digital electrical control panel, multiport valves etc. complete unit shall be fittes in SS frame. (dimensions of plant L*B*H 4"x1.5x6.5") 220 volts single phase the scope also includes to fix the setup at to floor. |
| 2 | Supply and fixing 1000 ltr capacity chilling unit which shall have 2 nos. 2 Ton compressure unit R134a refrigerent, hermitcally sealed compressure which is easy to operate and required very low maintence with complete accessories. It also have 4 layer pvc water storage tank of 1000 ltr capacity to store the cold water. all assembely are connected with RO system. |
| 3 | SITC of outdoor structure unit to make the plant room for fix the complete setup of RO and chilling unit having provision for access inside. It shall be covered with fiber sheet material. Frame shall be made of 32mm x 32mm MS pipes with required 25mm supporting pipes. The job includes complete fabrication work with welding grinding hole taping paint finishing work with primer coating on all surfaces. It also includes required plumbing for plant room with material an pipes, sockets elbows, unions etc to make connection of unit with RO unit, Row water tank, chilling unit and outpur pipe lines. |
| 4 | Supply and fixing of CPVC 25 &50mm dia pipe where ever required from top floor to bottom floor (G+6 & G+7) and to be fixed in all floor toilets with insulation pipe and fitting for outlets at RO unit with required all accessorles including cutting of walls & roof & making good the same. |
