| 1 | M & L for 6 mm thick EPU floor coating system including surface preparation by clearing from dust, muck,moisture & all foreign material and cleaned by mechanical scrubber/grinder,chemical treatment for oil if required followed by application of primer cipoxy 11 which shall be a two component, solvent free,epoxy polyamido amine system having a volumetric ratio of mixing of 1:1 to yield a thickness of 200 microns then providing and applying the screed layer with cipoxy 17 of minimum thickness of 3700 microns .The self levelling screed shall consist of a low viscous epoxy-amine cured system and graded aggregates (special silica). the epoxy system shall have a volumetric ratio of mixing of resin in 1:1 ratio.the aggregates shall be added on the rate of 1:3 or 1:3.5, laying of copper tape at a distance of 10 mtr (horizontal and vertical),Applying 100 microns thick conductive coat having mixing ratio 3:1 and finally epoxy polyurethane (EPU) ESD top coat of cipy cipothane ESD which is a pre-weighed pack ready to mix and use which will consists of resin,hardner,EPI (colour concentrate) formulated aggregates & carbon fibre including repair to craks , pothole and making expension joint wherever required .All these 5 parts to be added to agitate the mixture by an electrically driven motor and lay the mixture to the thickness of 2000 microns complete all as specified and directed. |
