Tender For Peb Warehouse And Workshop Tender For Cauvery Basin Refinery ( Cbr ) Project Of Cpcl , Sp-0 Description Peb Warehouse And Workshop Works Of Cbr Project On Lumpsum Turnkey Basis With Single Point Responsibility Including But Not Limited To The Following Activities Of Works: Detailed Engineering, Preparation Of Datasheets, Specifications For Procurement, Gad & Layouts, Engineering & Fabrication Drawings, Procurement & Construction Schemes, Control Logics, Cause And Effect Diagram, Electrical System Studies, Statutory Approval From Various Statutory State & Central Government Bodies, Review / Approval Of Drawings & Documents From Owner / Eil, Supply Of Documents / Manuals , 3-D Modelling, As Built And Final Documentation And Completing All Works As Per The Bid Document Requirements. Supply Of All Equipment And Materials But Not Limited To - Procurement Services, Shop Fabrication , Third Party Inspection, Expediting, Project Management, Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring, Transportation, All Loading And Unloading; Payable In The Contractor’S Country; Insurance In Contractor’S Scope; All Type Of Freights Including Ocean Freight, Air Freight And Inland Freight; Custom Clearance, All Type Of Handling Including Port Handling, Stevedoring, Handling At Worksite Etc.; Supply Of Start-Up / Pre-Commissioning / Commissioning / Mandatory Spares; Supply Of Consumables, Chemicals / Lubricants / Refigerant And Replenishment Of Any Loss During Commissioning And Pg Testing Of Operation And Maintanence Of 6 ( Six ) Months Period After Commissioning As Per Technical Specifications For Completing The Work In All Respects As Per Provision Of Bidding Document. Construction / Erection Including But Not Limited Toloading / Unloading Of The Materials At Contractor’S Warehouse ; Transportation Of The Materials From Contractor’S Workshop / Store To Erection Site; Assembly / Sub-Assembly Of The Equipment, Erection, Installation, Testing, Inspection; Pre-Commissioning / Commissioning And Pgtr Of The Various Systems; Training To Owner Personals, Handing Over To Owner Including All Disciplines Of Work As Per Tender Requirements Such As Structural, Civil, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation, Insulation, Painting; Supply Of All Accessories And Materials For Erection / Testing; Supply Of All Consumables; Providing All Construction Plants, Equipments, Special Tools; Providing Supervisory Personnel, Tradesman Skilled / Unskilled Labour; Insurance In Contractor’S Scope; Completing All Works In All Respects As Per Provisions Of Bidding Document. Fabrication, Construction, Assembly, Erection At Site For All Piping, Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical And Instrumentation Works Within Battery Limit Including Insulation, Coating, Painting, Testing, Etc. , Providing All Temporary Works / Structures And Equipment For Completion, Obtaining Statutory Approvals, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Performance Guarantee Test Runs Of The Various Systems, Providing Training To Owner Personnel And Complete All The Work In All Respects To Make System Smooth, Operable Until Handing Over As Per The Bidding-Document Requirements And Instructions / Satisfaction Of The Engineer In Charge. , Lumpsum Price Of 2.1 & 2.2 Above , Sp-0 ( Total Of Sp-1 + Sp-2 )

Supply of all equipment and materials but not limited to - procurement services, shop fabrication , third party inspection, expediting, project management, planning, scheduling, monitoring, transportation, all loading and unloading; payable in the Contractor’s country; insurance in Contractor’s scope; all type of freights including ocean freight, air freight and inland freight; custom clearance, all type of handling including port handling, stevedoring, handling at worksite etc.; supply of start-up / pre-commissioning / commissioning / mandatory spares; supply of consumables, chemicals / lubricants/refigerant and replenishment of any loss during commissioning and PG testing of operation and maintanence of 6 (six) months period after commissioning as per technical specifications for completing the work in all respects as per provision of Bidding Document. Construction / Erection including but not limited toloading/unloading of the materials at Contractor’s warehouse ; transportation of the materials from Contractor’s workshop / Store to erection site; assembly / sub-assembly of the equipment, erection, installation, testing, Inspection; pre-commissioning / commissioning and PGTR of the various systems; training to Owner personals, handing over to owner including all disciplines of work as per Tender requirements such as structural, civil, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, insulation, painting; supply of all accessories and materials for erection / testing; supply of all consumables; providing all construction plants, equipments, special tools; providing supervisory personnel, tradesman skilled / unskilled labour; insurance in Contractor’s scope; completing all works in all respects as per provisions of Bidding Document. 7	Construction, installation etc. and completion of entire work in all respects for Pre Engineered Ware House package including Transportation and site-handling of material/equipment, supply of consumables, tools and tackles, field engineering services, Receipt, storage, conservation of FIM and contractor-supplied items. Fabrication, construction, assembly, erection at site for all piping, civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation works within battery limit including insulation, coating,painting, testing, etc. ,providing all temporary works/structures and equipment for completion, obtaining statutory approvals, Pre-commissioning, commissioning, performance guarantee test runs of the various systems, providing training to owner personnel and complete all the work in all respects to make system smooth, operable until handing over as per the Bidding-Document requirements and instructions/satisfaction of the Engineer In Charge.
