Bidders to take note of Anti-profiteering measure clause in CGST (Section 171) wherein it is stated that any reduction in rate of tax on any supply of goods and services or the benefit of input tax credit shall be passed on to the recipient by way of commensurate reduction in prices. 3>The corporation reserves the right to operate any & all items of work appearing in the Schedule of Rates. The Item-wise quantity of works specified in the Schedule of Rates is only tentative and can be increased/ decreased as per the Corporations requirement. Any change/ variation in the quantity of any particular item/ job of this contract (within & upto the overall limit of the total work order amount) shall in no way entitle the contractor for claiming change of unit rates of that item. 4>Rates shall be firm during the entire execution period of the contract. Having examined the tender documents consisting of Notice Inviting Tender, Special Condition of Contract and Technical Specification regarding various jobs, schedule of rates etc. of the said tender document and having thoroughly studied the requirement of IOCL relative to the work tendered for and having conducted a thoroughstudy of job site involved, the site conditions, soil conditions, the climatic conditions,labour,power,water,material and equipment availability,the transport and communication facility, temporary office accomodation and all other facilities and things whatsoever necessary for the performance of the work in accordance with the terms and conditions and within the time mentioned in the tender document, I/We hereby agree to execute the above work at: NRPL Bijwasan UNITS M3 = Cubic meter EA = Each Kg = Kilogram M = Metre M2 = Square Metre DAY = Day TON = Tonne MON = Monthly TS = PER 1000 NOS L = Litre KL = Kilo litre 5> Bidder has to ensure compliance of Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana (PMJJBY) & Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana (PMSBY).

2Cleaning the tiles, lavatory, flooring, urinals etc. by removing stains etc. by using Vim powder / cleaning powder / ISI grade blackphenyle / while phenyle / Acid /Naptha balls / Coir brushes / wire brushes / Finit in required proportion to make the area clean an d free from all dust, dirt and stains etc. including cost of all labour and materials complete. (Only floor area shall be measured).
3Mopping of floors of offices, toilets, control rooms, electrical sub station etc. with soap solution or phenyle water with wet clothafter sweeping the floor with phooll broom, removing cob-webs with all tools, tackles, labour & materials etc. complete as per dire ctions of Engineer -in-charge including cleaning of ventilator glass panes from both the sides upto any height with cleaning powder, paint remover as per requirement all labour, material etc.complete.
4Carrying out miscellaneous activities related to general maintenance like daily dusting the furnitures, walls shelves, cleaning the carpets, sofas, Cleaning and sweeping the stair case, passages, backyard, verandah, garrages, removal of cow webs, with all labours,tools & tackles complete including supervising charges. (Unit "day" shall mean carrying out above activities for 8 hrs. a day).
5Removing stains, paints, washing & cleaning the window & ventilator glass panes from both the sides upto any height with cleaning powder, paint remover as per requirement all labour, materials etc. complete : Glass pane not exceeding 1.00 sq.m in area

7Collection of Kitchen waste, dry waste & toxic waste in offices and colony from all Residential & Public Buildings, Executive Hostel , Staff Hostel, Canteen, Guest House, Club etc. The workmen shall collect the waste from each house & Public Buildings, segregate th e waste into biodegradable & non bio-degradeable waste and finally dispose them separately at designated place (Dumping Yard/ Pit) o n daily basis as per requirement, with trained workmen, with all labour, tools, tackles, safety & protective clothes etc. complete a s per direction of Engineer-in-charge. All consumables required including manpower, tools & tackles, PPEs, uniform to workmen, etc. are to be supplied by Contractor without any extra cost and performing work as per item decription and direction of Engineer-in-Char ge as well as instructions in Special Condition of Contract if any. Payment of Paddle Rickshaw (thela) will be made seperately. The unit "MONTH" (MON) shall mean "per house/building per month"
8Cleaning and desilting of drains, side slopes in or under water or above water level and along drain both sides upto 1.0 metre width including removal of grass, bushes, vegetation, debris, sludge and any other unwanted material and disposal of the same at places as directed by Engineer-in-Charge within owner"s premises including all labour, materials, tools, tackles, transportation for all lead and lifts as directed.: Cross section of drain upto 2.0 sqm.

10Labour charges for cleaning and dechoking of the nahani trap, gully trap and inspection chambers alongwith the CI and SW pipe conne ction of house drainage including flushing, removal of sludge muck outside all labour, tools etc. complete. The contractor has to clean the line from Nahani trap upto inspection chamber or vice-versa complete.
11Cleaning and removing choking from existing rain water pipe including removing theshoe or grating if necessary & fixing thesame without damaging & fitting of specials all labour etc.complete. Up to 5 mtr. Height
12Cleaning of manholes and removal of chokage in sanitary sewer or CRWS manholes and its allied connection by rodding, steaming, watering manually or by any applied means, making necessary connection of hoses etc. all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including plugging and dewatering of manholes removal of muck, sludge, floating materials etc. and disposing, the same to dumping pit within owner"s premises as directed with all buckets, ropes, wooden plugs, tools, tackles, consumables, safety equipment pumps, hoses, operative labour etc. complete : Manholes of depth upto 2.0 M
13Cleaning, dechoking and flushing 100mm/ 50mm SW and sewer line by removing muck, cleaning etc. with bamboo strips or sewer cleaningrods etc. as directed (section between two chambers) all complete including cleaning of two manholes as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
14Material handling and carriage of any material including (but not limited to) rubbish, debris, earth, sludge, manure, cement, sand, furniture, plants, etc. by mechanically driven transport for following leads or part thereof including loading, unloading and stacking all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge (Rates will be applicable to net quantities after deduction of 20 percent for voids) : Upto a lead of 1 km
15Supply of tractor with trailer on hire charges for 08 hours per day including rendering the services of 4 labourers driver, fuel andother consumables, tools, tackles etc. for transportation of rubbish/ waste materials complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Cha rge.(8 hours working period of one tractor is considered as one tractor day). Unit "EACH" (EA) stands for tractor days.
16Earth work in surface excavation (not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) in all kinds of soil including getting out and disposal of excavated earth up to all lead and lift, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
