Different Types Of Work Against System Strengthening Works In Municipal Area Including Noida / Mau ( Aiib ) Scheme 2023-24 ( Package No. 937, 938 And 939 / Ce / Si / Aiib. / 2023-24 ) In The Area Of Vrindavan Under Jurisdiction Of E.E., Eudd-Vrindavan, Lesa, Lucknow- 1 Safe Loading, Carriage & unloading of following Materials from Centre Store to Pit Site/J.E. Dump Store. 2 (a) Line Material 3 (b) TF 250 KVA 4 (c) 11 KV 3x70/3x120/3x185 sqmm XLPE Cable 5 (d) ABC 3x50/3x120 sq.mm. 6 (e) 11 KV Pin Insulator with GI Pin 7 (f) 11 KV O D cable box 3x120 sqmm xlpe 8 (g) Earthing complete for pole 9 (h) LT PVC 3.5x240 sq.mm. 10 (i) LT PVC 1x400 sq.mm. 11 (j) ST Pole 11 MTR Long 12 (k) G.I. wire 8 SWG 13 Dragging of ST Pole digging of pit erection of sub-station type double pole structure on ST Pole with fixing of necessary item such as Top Channel, along with grouting (As per RESPO Norms) Dropper Channel, 11 pin insulator with Pin & 11 KV Disc Insulator with fitting, DO Fuse set its ramming, as per RESPO Specification. Only Pole and insulator will be Provided by the Department. 14 Cable Hosting of 11 KV 3x70/3x120/3x185/ sq. mm XLPE Cable at the following including jumpering etc complete with help of GI Pipe as PerRESPO Norms. GI pipe and other required material shall be supplied by contractor. 15 High pressure testing of 11 KV 3x70/3x120/3x185 XLPE cable along with arrangement of High Pressure equipment. 16 Well type earthing of with 60 Fit Deep borring and providing GI Pipe 1.5 dia (B Class) and earthing must be joint by G.I. Strip of 32x5 mm thick long attached with nut & bolts and GI pipe cap. All material and labour shall be supplied the contractor. 17 Construction of T/F plinth of size 2x2x1.2 mtr with the help first class brick & masonry in the ratio 1:4 cement & sand coarse. Filling the structure completely per norms with RCC to 1:2:2 cement & stone grit with MS bar and MS channel for resting transformer. All material and labour shall be supplied the contractor. 18 Wiremess fencing of 11/0.4 KV S/S shall be made of rectangular of size as per site requirement not exceeding 3 meter fabrication 45x45x5 mm angel the frame is also have 1 no. Horizontal runner of MS flat 40x5 welded in middle to support of wire mesh. Rectangular welded type wire mess of size 50x25 made of 12 S.W.G. wire mess shall be welded all along the periphery of the frame as well as on horizontal runner to give extra strength of welding to wire mess welded on the frame. Diagonal bracing of all the frame panel will be welded with Ms flat of size 25x3mm to support as per RESPO specification & direction of E/I. 19 Construction ofmasonry/metalic type distribution pillar of size 1x1.5x2.5 mtr. with supply & fixing of fabricated 4 nos. doors (2ft.x4ft.) made of BP sheet of 18 SWG with locking arrangement, 2 Nos. Straight MS angle 50x50x6mm (1800 mm olng) 2 nos. 500 Amp, 3 Nos. 300 Amp henely Type Tailess Funse Unit, 3 Nos coper bus bar of size 1000x50x6 mm and one No. Alum busbar 1000x50x6 mm including all civil material required for work. All material shall be supplied by contractor. 20 Laying ofLT Cable 3.5x400 sq mm (double circuit) by drill method as per RESPO Norms. Only LT cable supplied by Department. 21 Cable Hosting of LTXLPE Cable at the following including jumpering etc complete with help of GI Pipe as PerRESPO Norms. GI pipe and other required material shall be supplied by contractor. 22 Proper laying & commissioning of (3x50/3x120 sq.mm) XLPE Aerial Bunched Conductor. Only ABC Provided by deptt. 23 Fixing and laying of LT PVC Cable 1x400 sq.mm as per RESPO Norms Only Pvc cable provided by department. 24 Laying of3X70/3x120/3x185 sq.mm 11 KV XLPE cable by drill method as per RESPO Norms. Only 11 KV XLPE cable supplied by Department. 25 Supply and fixing of copper L-piece for 250 KVA TF (62x225x12 MM) as per RESPO Norms 26 Supply and fixing of copper Alluminium Lug for 250 KVA TF (240/400 sqmm) as per RESPO Norms 27 Supply and fixing of 11 KV DO Fuse Set as per RESPO Norms 28 Supply and fixing of LT Tailless Fuse unit 500 Amp as per RESPO Norms 29 Supply and fixing of GI Pipe 6 Dia with clamp and nut bolt as per RESPO Norms 30 Fabrication, errection & commissioning of 250KVAT/F on Plinth with all accessories. All material except 250 KVA T/F shall be supplied by the Contractor. 31 Other Mislenious Material. 32 G.S.T.Extra as per rules.
