Testing of 33 kv breaker panel breakers including testing of CTR both by primary Injection. Works Includes clearing and adjustment of relay contacts & setting, checking of closing and tripping of breakers on remote/manual and protection trip command CT by means of Primary Injection. Checking of actual tripping time using VCB analyzer & comparison with calculated time.

Testing of 33 K.V. Power Transformer panel marshaling box and breakers by primary injection method. Testing of window Temperature, Oil Temperature, Oil level indicator, buchholz relay, surger relay for alarm and tripping testing of relay, works includes cleaning and adjustment of relay contacts and springs and checking of breaker’s operations for remote/local closing tripping and protection trip command generated by primary injection.

Testing of 11 K.V. Incoming/Outgoing panel Including testing of CTR by primary Injection, testing of relays. Works includes cleaning of relay contacts and adjustment of springs. Checking operations and tripping of VCB/OCB on remote/manual and protection trip command generated through primary injection. Checking of actual tripping time using VCB analyzer & comparison with calculated time

Testing of 33/11 kv 5/8/10 MVA Power Transformer with its control panel installed at various S/S under E.U.T.D.-VIII, LESA, Lucknow including following tests:-(a) No Load/Ratio Test.(b) Short Circuit Test.(c) Magnetization current test.(d) Magnetic Balance test.(e) Insulation Test.(f) Buchholz, OTI/WTI Circuit Test and alarm system.(g) Earth resistance of transformer body 7 neutral to earth.

Note :-1- All the material provided by contractor shall be as per norms of UPPCL/RESPO.2- One carriage including loading/unloading from dump site to pit site is included in scope of work.3- During execution of work all risk will be of the contractor.4- Contractor will provide all T & P, vehicle and man power.5- All the old and used material should be taken on book.6- The quantity may be vary ±10%.7- GST will be paid extra as legally applicable.8-The work shall be carried out under O & M budget.
