Open out all spare parts of the semi automatic cleaning system (e.g. Gear Box, Break Mechanism, Rope drum, Palmer block, coupling, Gear, Pinion, wire rope etc.) by necessary lifting arrangement and lower down to ground floor.

Cleaning all spare parts by necessary wire brash & grinding etc.

Dismantling and taking out the 4 stage Helical Gear Box and repairing, overhauling, servicing with changing the Gear oil.

Repairing and overhauling of the break mechanism with changing the break shoe & break oil.

Supply, fitting, fixing of the 16mm. dia. x 12 meter long steel wire rope heavy duty along with wire clamp.

Supply, fitting fixing of the C.I. palmer blocks with bearing of accurate machining by matching with driving shaft.

Manufacturing supply and fitting fixing of the driving shaft size 80mm. dia. x 900mm. long.

Manufacturing supply and fitting fixing of Gear Box pinion size 150mm. dia.

Supply of total high tension bolt, nut & washers with packing.

.Lifting the all spare parts over the platform and re-installation to the existing position of the actual line and level.

Painting the all spare parts by two coats of red lead primer and two coats of ant corrosive air dry paint.
