The work also includes fabrication of addition arrangement for proper fixing, if required and also safe removal of old 33KV VCB if applicable. 63 Laying, Stringing & Sagging of ACSR Dog Conductor from main Bus Bar to Power T/F, through Post Insulator, Bus Isolator, C.Ts, VCB and L.As., byproviding & fixing P.G.Clamp/Connectors, suitable for Dog/Panther. 64 Erection of I/C Switchgear, Bus Coupler, O/G Switchgears & Double T/F Control panel in alignment, in Control Room, including safe shifting, from Dump Place. The work also includes safe removal of old switch gears to safe place if applicable. Making 4No. Pockets for each and providing/fixing of Reg Bolt by CC in ratio 1:2:4, with tightening also. As per PVVNL guidline. 65 Commissioning & fixing of Bus bar (Copper), between each Switchgear, Double T/F Control panel control cable, by bolt, nut & washers and HT compound and providing & tapping HT Tape, Empire Tape & PVC Tape, on each joint & Bus Coupler connect which existing Bus-bar. ( If extra fitting/adjustment or suitable copper bus-Bar for fitment required then provided by the contractor) 66 Construction of double pole structure :- Providing supply of complete materials & Erection for Double Pole Structure on STP 11M.long, with fabrication of all accessories, such as Channel/Angle, 11KV TPMO, Fuse Set, Disc Insulator & Pin insulators etc & Fixing of all accessories on Double Pole, by providing &fixing M.S.Clamp withBolt,Nut&Washers. Earthing to be provided on each supports by providing & driving M.S.Earthing Rod and connecting between Rod &Supports, by providing, G.I wire of 6 SWG as per RESPO Norms. 67 Grouting of STP 11M. long, with CC in ratio 1:4:8, complete in all respect, as per RESPO Norms. 68 Providing of Stay Set-16x1800mm. on Double Pole, including digging of pits of size-0.75x0.75x1.5M. Grouting in CC ratio 1:4:8 Cement, Sand & Stone Shingle. Binding and nozelling of Stay Wire, complete in all respect, by providing & fixing of Stay Clamp, as per RESPO Norms. 69 Preparation of 11 KV Power Cable ends: as per RESPO specification of the following : for Item No.20.01 to 20.0220.01-Making ofcable end termination by Heat shrinkable Out door jointing kits suitable for 11KV, 3x300q.mm XLPE cable. Providing, fixing and crimping of proper size good quality lugs complete in all respect. 70 Making ofcable end termination by Heat shrinkable indoor jointing kits suitable for 11KV, 3x300Sq.mm XLPE cable.Providing, fixing and crimping of proper size good quality lugs complete in all respect. 71 Preparation of 11 KV Power Cable ends: as per RESPO specification of the following : for Item No.21.01 to 21.0221.01-Making ofcable end termination by Heat shrinkable Out door jointing kits suitable for 11KV, 3x185q.mm XLPE cable. Providing, fixing and crimping of proper size good quality lugs complete in all respect. 72 Making ofcable end termination by Heat shrinkable indoor jointing kits suitable for 11KV, 3x185Sq.mm XLPE cable.Providing, fixing and crimping of proper size good quality lugs complete in all respect. 73 Providing all required materials & Fabrication and erection of neutral earthing L Type support made of M.S. Channel size 100×50mm. Structure shall be 4 Mtr. long with 1 Mtr. Arms. Structure shall be grouted in ratio 1:3:6 in block size 300×300×700mm and painted with one coat of Ready Mixed primer and Two coat of enamel Aluminium paint work includes connecting neutral bushing rod of power Transformer and M.S. Earthing strip with the help of flexible copper bond size 35x6mm M.S. Bolt and washer. 74 Cable Support : for Item No. 23.01 to 23.0223.01 Supply & Fabrication and erection of cable support made of two pieces of M.S. Channel (100x50x6)mm, 2.75 meter long, joined to each other by means of 5 Nos. M.S. Angle (50x50x6) mm pieces of size 0.75Mtr long each by welding at equal intervals and grouting in a block of size (300x1000x1000)mm in C.C. 1:3:6 complete with one coat of ready mixed primer and two coats of Al. paint. Work includes providing of three Nos. M.S. clamps made of (50x6)mm M.S. Flat for holding the cable including nuts and bolts with stone Pad of size (300x300x75mm). 75 Providing & Fixing 110mm dia 2mm thick 2M long G.I.Pipe over 11KV, 3x300Sq.mm XLPE Cable before mounting the 2No. Cable on cable support structure. Work includes fixing of Clamp, sealing of top and bottom end of the G.I.Pipe. One end of G.I.Pipe is to be buried under earth about 500mm. 76 Copper bus bar support T-type M.S.Structure(As per site requirement) : for Item No.24.01 to 24.0224.01 Supply & Fabrication and grouting of M.S. frames 3.60 mt. long for support of copper Bus Bar. Bus Bar will be provided in L.V. side of Power transformer. The M.S. frame shall be made of M.S. channel (100x50)mm in T shape. Providing 2 Nos. support of M.S. Angle iron (50x50x6)mm, 0.60mt. long below the top channel, drilling of 3 Nos. hole on the top channel for fixing of 03No. 33 KV Post insulator. The M.S. frame shall be painted with one coat of primer & two coat of aluminium paint and grouting the frame in C.C. ratio 1:3:6 in a block of size (300x300x700) mm with stone Pad of size (300x300x75mm). The work also includes the fixing of 33KV Post Insulator by Aluminium binding wire in complete with nut & Bolts. 77 Supply & Fabrication of copper bus bar of size (2400x50x6)mm in L.V. side for 05MVA and (3000x65x8)mm for 10MVA T/F as per requirementfor power transformer, Work includes connection of outside bus bar in L.V. side busing rod of Power Transformer and other side with outdoor 11 KV cable box as well as providing empire tape and H.T. tape etc. for proper insulation work covering copper Bus-Bar in Complete. 78 Fixing of Cable Box on 5MVA/10MVA T/F, 11KV Switchgears, by Bolt & Nuts and tapping the joints by providing HT/Empire/PVC Tape. 79 H.T. Power Cable Laying : for Item No.26.01 to 26.0226.01 Laying and dressing of 11 KV 3×300 mm2/3×185 mm2 power cable in air/Trench. 80 Laying 11 KV, 3×300mm2/3×185mm2 XLPE, Power cable from power T/F to incoming switchgear/outgoing switch gear to 11 KV double poles in the cable trench 0.45m wide, 0.90m depth. Providing 150 mm thickness local sand for cushion beneath and 150 mm above the cable (quantity of local sand required 0.375 cubm/m in length). The cable shall be duly protected by brick. On both side of cable by laying bricks vertically and bricks would also be laid horizontally on top of vertically laid bricks along the cable (minimum 18 Nos. per mtr. length are to be laid top and outer side along the cable. The work includes digging of trenches, laying of cable in under ground trenches, joining of terminals, back filling of earth and testing and commissioning of power cables etc. Spare cable shall be left over and laid in the trenches in shape of 6m rings at both ends. At the end of feeder cables, where the cable is to be laid across pucca/main road,150 mm dia G.I. pipe will be weared over the cable in the cable trench for the protection of cable. G.I Pipe 150mm dia will be provided by contractor. 81 Laying of Control Cable in Packka Trench, from VCB/CTs/T/F to 33KV Control Panel and making connection for operation & protection of equipments, by using ferrules including commissioning battery charger with battery by providing copper lead with lugs etc & dressing of Control Cable and making arrangement for testing in the equipments. 82 CONSTRUCTION OF CONTROL CABLE TRENCH IN SWITCHYARD : for Item No. 28.01 to 28.05 (As per RESPO Norms)28.01 – Excavation of earth in size 0.80x0.40m., C.C.work in foundation in ratio 1:4:8 (Cement, sand & Brick Ballast) with proper ramming in size 0.80x0.15m., Ist Class Brick work in cement mortar in ratio 1:4. as per site requirement. 83 Providing &Grouting of M.S.Strip of size 25x6mm in cable trench 100mm above floor level and at equal space distance 300mm 84 Providing and Grouting of M.S.Angle Iron of size 50x50x6mm in upper edge of trench. 85 C.C.work on the Top in the ratio 1:2:4 in the grouting of Edge of the Trenches. & plastring of trench. 86 Providing Fabrication and fixing cable trench cover of providing M.S.Angle Iron size 40x40x6mm of size 0.3m wide 0.5 to 1.0 mtr length. As per site requirement. After construction of cable trench. 87 Painting of the following structure with one coat of ready mixed primer and two coats of ISI Mark Alumn. The work also includes the fixing of 33KV Post Insulator by Aluminium binding wire in complete with nut & Bolts.

80Laying 11 KV, 3×300mm2/3×185mm2 XLPE, Power cable from power T/F to incoming switchgear/outgoing switch gear to 11 KV double poles in the cable trench 0.45m wide, 0.90m depth. Providing 150 mm thickness local sand for cushion beneath and 150 mm above the cable (quantity of local sand required 0.375 cubm/m in length). The cable shall be duly protected by brick. On both side of cable by laying bricks vertically and bricks would also be laid horizontally on top of vertically laid bricks along the cable (minimum 18 Nos. per mtr. length are to be laid top and outer side along the cable. The work includes digging of trenches, laying of cable in under ground trenches, joining of terminal"s, back filling of earth and testing and commissioning of power cables etc. Spare cable shall be left over and laid in the trenches in shape of 6m rings at both ends. At the end of feeder cables, where the cable is to be laid across pucca/main road,150 mm dia G.I. pipe will be weared over the cable in the cable trench for the protection of cable. G.I Pipe 150mm dia will be provided by contractor.
