| 1 | Work of operation and maintenance of 13.50 MLD Filter Plant at Teetardi from new water inlet channel to outlet valve of CWR of filter plant and pump sets of total 150 HP installed in WTP. It includes all preventive maintenance, maintaining of water quality and filter plant rate of flow maintenance of plant, machinaries and equipments fixed external or internal at water treatment plant campus as per details envisaged in tender document specifications, the work includes replacementof any type of parts, repairing of pump sets, motor rewinding, chlorinator parts replacement, building electrical fitting, bulbs, tubelight, fans, campur lighting etc as per instructions of Engineer-in-charge. it also includes any sum required towards coverage of risk/other hazards, material and consumables, operations staff/preventive maintaining all mechanical/electronic parts machinaries and equipment as per standard specifications and as per specifications and coditions. The rates to be quoted by the contractor shall exclude energy charges & supply of chemicals i.e. bleacing powder, alum, chlorine & PAC solution as mentioned in tender document specfications. the same shall be paid but to be arranged by the contractor from division store whenever required at WTP. |

| 5 | Maintenance of pipelines irrespective of size & material which includes repairing of bursts & leakages pollution control, survey & removal of choking, disconnection of illegal connections,collection & recording minimum 10 nos residual chlorine samples during daily supply timings, interconnections and all works related to pipeline network in existing distribution / rising main pipelines of all sizes by digging out suitable size of pit in soft and loose soil / hard soil including cutting of black top, WBM & CC top of road of any size at work site. this will also include cutting of pipe ends, fixing of pipe piece with jointing material to make reapir leak proof and then refilling of excavated trench/pit/road shall be done properly i.e after a layer of 20 cm with proper watering and ramming in layers. For entire job contractor will use his own resources shall arrange de-watering, JCB & Tractor compressor if any and restore any amenity at his own cost damaged while performing the work in this item. The work includes daily patrolling and repair the leakages within stipulated time and complete maintenance of pipeline network within the scope of work for per km pipe line per month. Jointing material shall be provided by the dept. Minimum labour for a following kms pipelins to be deployed. 1 km to 50 km - one fitter -II & one beldar |
