1Supply of MS Structure
2Fabrication of MS Structure including one coat of epoxy based primer(DFT 35 Micron) and one coat of epoxy painting (DFT 35 Micron). (Paint color will be decided by EIC).
3Supply GI grating(Size:- 1000mm x 1000mm x 25 thick)
4Dismantling & Erection of the MS structure/grating/equipment etc at all elevations in Boiler, Cooling tower, compressor house, CPP etc (If onlydismantling or erection is there then only half price will be given)
5Supply & applying two coats of heat resistant Aluminum paint of 25 micron / coat at all heights of chimney /duct including Surface preparation as per scope of work.
6Supply & applying one coat of epoxy based primer (DFT 35 micron) and two coat of epoxy painting (DFT 35 Micron per each coat).Total 105 Micron at all elevations of equipments with associated ducts/ parts, structural supports, structure etc.Paint color will be decided by EIC.
7Dismantling of damaged non- asbestos sheets at all elevations
8Supply & fixing of new non asbestos sheeting with GI flat (width 40 mm x 5mm thick), ridge(if required) and J-bolts with washers at all elevations as per instruction of EIC.
