1.Manufacturing,testing,Supplying and fixing of Cast iron T-Head bollard of 30T pull capacity conforming to standard specifications and drawing with all fixtures such as Hot dip galvanized M30 resin rod along with anchor bolts,nuts and washers (5Nos.) embedment depth shall be 320mm including fixing on the existing berth sturcture(Finger Jetty) by core cutting the hole of required dia for fixing the anchor bolts on deck/beam to the required depth and filling /grouting with Polyester resin (HILTI RE 500 V4 or equivalent) including providing non shrink grout at the base of the bollard to prevent ingress of water,filling the bollards with PCC 1:1.5:3(1 cement :1.5 crushed stone sand :3 hard granite graded stone aggregate of 20 mm down graded to 12mm size) including painting to exposed surface with two coats of anticorrosive epoxy paint over a coat of epoxy primer,tack welding the nuts of Anchors bolts for safety pruposes,and making good the disturbed portions and all as directed at site including all labour,materials,tools,fuel,equipments,welding,transporting etc., complete.

2. Supplying and fixing in position 32 mm dia ‘U’ shape galvanized (80-100 microns thick) hook of length 1000mm along with 32mm dia galvanized (80-100 microns thick) mooring ring of inner dia 220mm asshown in the Drawing on the existing berth structure (Finger Jetty) by Core cutting the hole on deck/beam to the required embedment depth of 310mm each side and grouting with Polyester resin for fixing Mooring rings with (HILTI RE 500 V4 or equivalent) making good the disturbed portions and all as directed at siteIncluding drilling holes, labour, materials, fuel, equipments, bending, welding, transporting, etc., complete.

3. Supplying and fixing in position 32mm dia ‘U’ shape galvanized (80-100 microns thick) hook of length 500mm as shown in the Drawing on the existing berth structure (Finger Jetty) for fixing good quality old lorry Tyre (including 16mm dia Connecting rod) without any damage of size 1.10m outer dia at a spacing of 1.25mc/c for Fender purposes by making hole for fixing/tying 18mm dia chain linkfor a total length of 900mm (6 Nos - 150mm length of each chain link) at the sidesof the existing finger jetty in position by Core cutting the hole on deck / beam to the required embedment depth of 150mm each side and grouting with Polyester resin for fixing U shape galvanized hook with (HILTI RE 500 V4 or equivalent) as existing at site making good the disturbed portions and all as directed at site Including drilling holes, labour, materials, fuel, equipments, lifting, bending, welding, transporting, etc., complete.
