The Almirah shall be supplied with 2 nos. of glass doors with4 nos. of adjustable shelves i.e. 5 loading compartments.The glass used shall be 5mm thick clear. The shelves shall have folded constructions which have intrinsic rigidity andhigh load carrying capacity. Uniformly distributed load capacity of each shelf shall be 40 Kg maximum. Each rack shall be provided with stiffener at bottom for strength. The entire body panel and shelf shall be made of high yield strength 0.8mm thick and door 1mm thick CRCA sheet of grade ‘D’ confirming to IS: 513. The complete steel structure shall be constructed by welding and provide finishing with epoxy polyester powder coated to the thickness 40-50µ thick of reputed brand/make except Chinese complete as per approved drawings by furniture committee.
12	Providing and fixing at site the Reception Table plan dimensions as 5’-6” x 1"9" & 2"9" x 1’5” and height 2’- 6” with storage, drawers, space for legs, etc complete as per drawing. The table should be sturdy and stable and will comprise of knot-free teak wood, wherever required, 19mm/ 12mm/ 6mm water proof ply and 1mm laminates of Make and Colour to be approvedby Architect/ Engineer-in-charge. The item also includes hardware such as drawer channels, handles, etc of make and design to be approved by Architect/ Engineer-in-charge. The item also includes all types of consumables such as nails, screws, fevicol, tape, etc and polishing, if required.Grooves, wherever required as per drawing, are also included in the item.complete as per drawing/design (Attached) as decided by Furniture Procurement Committee.
13	Providing and fixing at site the Pharmacy tableplan dimensions as 1200 x 600 x 750 mm with projected shelve, storage, drawers, space for legs, etccomplete as per drawing.The frame structure shall bemade up of MS CRCA TATA/ BHUSHAN 0.8 mm thickness . The Counter should be sturdy and stable and will comprise of knot-free teak wood, wherever required, 19mm/ 12mm/ 6mm water proof ply and 1mm laminates of Make and Colour to be approvedby Architect/ Engineer-in-charge. The item also includes hardware such as drawer channels, handles, nails, screws, fevicol, tape, etcpolishing and Grooves if required., wherever required as per drawingof reputed brand/make except Chinese decided by Furniture Procurement Committee.
14	Providing and placing moveable 3-fold screen of CRCA/MS fame with green coloured curtain, having arrangements that it can be removed for washing and refixed. The overall dimension of the 3-fold screen will be 1675mmx2450mm around examination table. The Curtain material should be of Cotton fabric and Specially coated which do not allow any bacteria hold on it. The MS frame will be 19.05mm (OD) x 1.22mm and base material 25mm (OD) x 1.22mm of MS powder coated in colour over priming coat complete as per approved drawings by furniture committee.
