    1Hire charges for providing one No. Petrol/diesel driven AC Tata Indigo/Swift Dzire or any equivalent vehicle for 12 hours in a day (from 08.00 hours to 20.00 hours). Hire charges inclusive of Driver salary, Driver batta, Lubricant charges, Taxes, Insurance charges but excluding cost of diesel.
    2Retention charges for the Petrol/ diesel driven ACTata Indigo/Swift Dzire or any equivalent vehicle for the period exceeding 12 hours in a day beyond 20.00 hours
    3Performancefactor (distanceinKMpropulsionper litre of dieselto beadopted for the purpose of contract) Rate as per prevailing market rate. (Average use of 70 Km/Day)
