2Supply and fixing of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template complete with requried accessories.
3Design, manufacture, supply and installation of mobile manrider units. The manrider cage shall be of Galvanised with mminimum safe load carrying capacity of 300Kgs with sufficient space for 2 persons with tools and at least one luminaire. A trouble free fall arrestor system shall be provided as protection against failure of the main wire rope. The fall arrestor system shall be operated automatically without any manual interference by the intergral power tool system operated with the help of suitable system winch in the base section of the mast. The manrider cage shall be provided with suitable wheels for easy transportation from one mast to another. The climb rate of manrider shall be 9m/Min.
4Casting of civil foundation for the stadium masts complete with all materials, tools and manpower. The grade of concrete used shall be minimum M25. The foundation shall be designed considering safe soil bearing capacity of 10T/Sqmtr at a depth of 2.5m. Successful bidder shall also carry out soil testing at his expense and carry out final foundation design which shall be vetted from reputed Engineering Institutes such as IIT/REC etc., all charges shall be to the bidders account.
5Design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of high mast panels constructed using 14 SWG CRCA sheet and outdoor type with IPW55 degree of protection with suitable canopy. The panel should be complete with following switchgears Incomer-1 No. 40A, 25KA FPMCCB with SC and OL releases Bus bar -3 phase and neutral aluminium busbar Outgoings -3Nos. with each outgoing feeder comprising of a) 1 No. 16A TPN MCB plus 1 no. 16A TP contactor b) 18Nos. 6A SPMCB. The panels shall be complete with all accessories, mounting arrangement.
6Supply, laying and termination of 1100V garde, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, unarmoured, copper conductor cable from mast panels to flood light fixtures.
