As Per Tender Documents , Design, Adequacy Check, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement Of Materials And Bought Out Components, Commissioning & Pre-Commissioning Spare, Trial Assembly At Shop,Inspection Including Inspection By Tpia, Testing At Manufacturers Works, Packing, Supply Of The Coulmn Internals , Details And As Specified In Material Requisition For The Following Tag , Atmospheric Distillation Column (Tag No 01-Cc-00-001) Existing Trays (Tray #1 - Tray #54) To Be Replaced With New Trays On One-To-One Basis Along With Downcomer Parts Retaining Existing Tsr (Tray Support Ring). Trial Assembly Of Trays : Before Shipment, One Tray Of Each Size And Type With Its Accessories Shall Be Assembled And Dimensionally Checked At The Place Of Fabrication. (Refer Annexure – 1 And Pds For Detailed Scope) => Limited
