Schedule I - FIXED - Deployment of security personnel for KGPL Pipeline, Pump stations, office & other locationsUnder this schedule, rates are fixed by IHB per month for payment of costs towards minimum wages for deploying minimum security personnel as specified in Special Conditions of Contract (SCC)& as per direction of Nodal Officer/ Engineer-in-Charge. Rates of items under Schedule-I are fixed except as specifically stated in SCC, i.e. arrear payment toward revision in minimum wages (Rates under Schedules I to IV are fixed and not to be filled by the bidder)

Schedule II - FIXEDProviding serviceassistance by deploying security personnel as & when required as per direction of Nodal Officer/ Engineer-in-Charge/ Leave encashment as per actual/ Gratuity. Rate is for 8 hrs. duty per person. Same may be pro-rated depending on no. of hours worked and no. of personnel deployed.(Rates under Schedules I to IV are fixed and not to be filled by the bidder)

Schedule III - FIXEDPayment of amounts under Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana (PMSBY) and Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana (PMJJBY) at Rs. 12/- and Rs. 330/- per annum per member respectively subject to submission of relevant documents. Note - Actual amounts shall be paid as applicable

Schedule IV- FIXEDReimbursements for Wage Enhancement as per minimum wage notification, issued by Ministry of Labour & Employment, Govt. of India as defined in Special Conditions of contract (SCC) for all the applicable items in Schedules I & II, III, etc.

Schedule V- RATES TO BE QUOTED (PER PERSONNEL)Provision for items other than standard uniform for 2 years as per specifications in tender - Part E under Appendix A of Special Conditions of contract (SCC) which include1. Safety shoes - 2 nos. for 2 years2. Flameproof torch - 1 no. for 2 years3. Reflective jacket - 2 nos. for 2 years4.
