Dismantling false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material within 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and installing PVC Soffit system for False Ceiling / Wall Panelling purpose, to be screw fixed on a G.I. 0.4 mm framework with interlocking between panels, Panel Size: 3060x340mm//4000x340mm; Effective size for Coverage: 3060x300mm/ 4000x300mm (or customized size), Panel colours : 6 shades of Wooden (Walnut / Weathered Grey / Birch / Maple Wood / Golden Oak / Pine Wood) or 4 Shades of Uni Colour (Black /White) or Customized colour option; to be applied with finishing trims in same matching colour combination of soffit panel (J - Trim & T – Trim for both False Ceiling & Wall Panelling applications and Inside Corner & Outside corner for ceiling &Wall corner applications); Panels to be in strict compliance with ASTM D-4477 / Industry standard as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel andSkin thickness should be 0.25mm as approved color and shade. Coating shall be protected by 80 micron surface protection flim to prevent scratches during fabrication and insatllation as per the design provided by the architect and Complete and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Dadooing the walls with wall cladding stone tile of approved make and sample in pattern as per detailed drawings on up to 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:2, including surface preparation, neat cement float, giving necessary slopes, cleaning joints and grouting them in neat white cement paste with pigmented additives to match shade of the tileetc complete. With Spacers of 4mm filled with Laticrete Epoxy Grout as directed by engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing of Perforated Sheets of thickness 4mm as per the design provided by the architect and as directed by engineer-in-charge
