Making the working space arround the Battish Khamba Chattri by cutting & uprooting the Rank root vegetation i.e , Grass thorny bushes & shurbs etc. & removal of rubbish from the complex lead up 200 mts etc complete.

Earth work in excavation in hard soil mixed with boulder & filling the earth in low laying area, Dressing and levelling for proper drainage of rain water lead up to 200 mts arrounding the Mahal etc. complete

Dismantling the cracked, dead and decayed lime concrete avg. depth of (10 to 15) cm very carefully & disposal of malba by head load lead upto 100 & lift 5 mts etc etc. complete.

Removal Taking out the dead weathed/ cracked / damaged Plaster of thickness 40 mm average of wall very carefully & disposal of the unservicable material lead up to 100 mts lift upto 5 mts to 8 mts etc complete

Providing & laying 1:2 lime concrete of Roof terrace & floor portion with brick aggregate (20 to 10) mm down size & 50% of lime mortar 1:1:1 (1 lime : 1 surkhi : 1 c.sand) with binding solution of belgari gud, methi & Jute and adhesive material beating with bamboo stick first & then with thaphi till the surface is harden to maintain the proper slope & top surface finishing etc. complete in all respect.

Providing & laying (25 to 30 mm) average thick plaster of wall & dome portion of mahal complex in lime surkhi mortar 1:1:1 (1 lime : 1 c.sand : 1 surkhi)mixed with adhesive material with water proofing compound & making the moulding/design as per original etc. complete.

Restoration / under pinning & water tightening by random rubble stone masonry on old structures with lime surkhi mortar 1:1:1 (1 lime : 1 Surkhi : 1 c.sand)mixed with adhesive material by collecting / new stones as per original etc. complete.

Recess Pointing the old Structures & new wall in lime surkhi mortar 1:1:1(1 Lime: 1 C.Sand: 1 B.Surkhi) mixed with adhesive material matching with the original structures including washing & racking out the Joints etc complete.

Providing & fixing of G.I. Pipe railing in Both side ramp for tourist facility vertical 2\" & horizontal pipe 1.6\" in dia including the elbow, socket & band & welding Charges & fixing them in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement : 3 C.sand : 6 stone aggregate )in Block 0.45x0.45x0.45 mm with etc complete.

Errection wooden scaffolding working platform work upto height 8 mts. & its dismantling after completion of the work.
