Highly insulated FRP pultruded telescopic H.T. Discharge Rod upto 110KV madefrom fiber material. Each earthing rod having length 5250 mm. Overall length of 7/20 Copper wire is 12 Rmt & length of wire between 2 rods is 1.5 Rmt with 20x5 mm copper strip hooks with appropriate size of brass nut-bolts washer.(Each set consists of 3 earthing discharge rods with carrying bag). Fiberglass should be manufactured from automatic pultrusion plant having smooth finishing on surface without any pin hole. Glass content should be minimum 65% to ensure higher electrical value. Manufacturer must test every pipe of the rod & submit their own test certificate along with NABL approved certificate of HV test equipment. Product should have ERDA or CPRI test certificate for 110 KV of last five years.
