2	A new fresh water line connectionalong with water tank of capacity 500 litre to be installed in kitchen room as required as per direction of EIC.

5	Siren/hooter make kherajwas reported non operational same to be repaired/serviced, if not reapirable,same to be replaced with newer one as required as per direction of EIC.

9	Mattress to be make as per the size of the bed (Length : 6.4 feet,Width : 2.5 feet,Thickness : 4 inches) and fitted on bed as required as per direction of EIC.
10	Supply of wooden ladder 01 no.,make : salwood ,length: 14 feet,width : 2 inch,Thickness : 2 inch alongwith stopper (stopper distance will not not be more than 12 inch) as required and as per direction of EIC.
11	Supply and installation and making arrangement of fittmentof reputed make water purifier/ R.O. of10ltr capacity with booster pump in dining hall/mess room and galleyas required as per direction of EIC.
