Changing all filter media chemically washing of graded gravels, dumping them layer wise as per direction given in manual. (b) Changing the Mno2 and activates cabins. (c )Recharging the chlorinator/Oxydation chamber/alum dozer as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (d) Changing all unserviceable or damaged parts of filter plant and accessories like pressure guage bolts and nuts, washer, gaskets connecting pipe. (e)Providing two Nos spare rubber gags for bleaching dozer and PVC funnels and valves. (f) Carrying out laboratory test of raw water and filtered water obtained from IRP. Certificate required from and ISI organization/Dept. (g) Activating the compressor unit and necessary repair/ Maintenance. (h) Trial testing and commissioning complete till the satisfaction of the Dept/Eng-in-Charge. (j) Repair and maint of over head tank including painting of Iron structrue of over head tank . Note:- After completion of work water purity check in lab and result is satisfaction of department/Eng-in-Charge otherwise rework is done. |
