1SCHEDULED PART-I (Repair for internal electrification of Resdl accommodation) Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed.
2Supply and fixing bulk head light fitting on existing brick wall for outer light.
3M&L for point wiring in existing conduit (surface/concealed) with PVC insulated, unsheathed, single core multistandard copper conductor cable (FRLS) of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed, copper conductor cable for earth continuity wire to be drawn through existing PVC conduit and fixed in existing sunk boxesand covered with new 3.0mm thick ISImarked laminated sheet cover and brass screw with cup washers for switches/sockets/regulators etc.
4Supplying and drawing 2X4 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulatedcopper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required (15 Amp Socket).
5Supplying and drawing 2X6 Sqmm sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.
6Supply and fixing 32 mm Medium class PVC Casing capping with accessories in surface as required.
7Supplying and fixing piano type switch 06 Amp on the existing switch box/ cover including connections etc as required.
8Supplying and fixingpiano type switch 16 Amp on the existing switch box/ cover including connections etc as required.
9Supplying and fixing brass batten/ angle holder.
10Supplying and fixing ceiling rose on the existing junction box/ wooden block including connection etc as required.
11Supplying and fixing 6 Pin 15/16 Amp socket on the existing switch box/ cover including connections etc. as required.
12Supplying and fixing 3 pin 5/6 amp socket outlet. One three pin switch socket 5 amps outlet on same board.
13Supplying and fixing stepped type electronic fan regulator on the existing switch box including connections as required.
14Supply and fix LED batten 20/22 watt, 4 feet long suitable for indoor applications withintegrated electronic driverof operating voltage 110 to 270 Volts , Lumin output not less than 1800 lm including connecting up andtaking down existing unserviceable surface/ ceiling mounted 28/36 watt FTL fitting complete all as specified and as diretcted.
15M&L for refixing of tube lights on exisiting wall/roof after necessary rewiring complete all as specified and as diretcted.
16Supplying and fixing , single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 12 way 240 V, Double dor on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthling etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator).
17Supplying and fixing MCB SP 6 A to 32 A rating, 240 V, 10 kA ,in the existing MCB DB complete with connections,testing and commissioning etc.
18Supplying and fixing MCB DP 63 Amps, 240 V, in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc.
19S&F Switch fuse unit 100 amps. SPN, 230 Volts complete all as specified and as directed.
20S&F Copper bus bar in sheet metal enclosure of capacity 200 Amps ,415 Volts complete all as specified and as directed.
21S&Fon load changeover switch 100 Amps,415 Volts in sheet metal enclosure complete all as specified and as directed.
22SCHEDULEPART - II (REPAIR OF OFFICE BLDG& SIDE BLDG) Removing dry or oil bounded distemper water proofing paint and like by scrapping with sand papering and preparing surface smooth including necessary repairs to the scratches etc. Complete.
23Providing and applying plaster of Paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.
24Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed)having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer’s specification. Two or more coats on new or old work
25Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, and holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead: as per direction of Engineer in charge.
26Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows(Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Panelling for panelled or panelled and glazed shutters 25 mm to 40 mm thick Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hillock wood.
27Providing & fixing fly proof wire gauze to windows, clerestory windows &doors with M.S. Flat 15x3 mm and nuts & bolts complete. Stainless steel (grade 304) wire gauze of 0.5 mm dia wire and 1.4 mm aperture on both sides.
28Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately). Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hillock wood
29Providing and fixing plain multipurpose cement board (Hight pressure steam cured) with suitable screws for cement particle board in ceilinged. Complete (frame work to be paid seperatately). 6 mm thick Cement fibber board as per IS: 1486.
30providing and fixing percolated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer- in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 31Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessaryincluding racking out the old putty:Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weightnot less than 10kg/sqm)
32Providing and fixing ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished with necessary screws etc. complete.
33Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS:1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete250x10 mm each. as per direction of Engineer in charge.
34Providing and fixing aluminium handles, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS: 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete: 100 mm dia.as per direction of Engineer in charge.
35Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications: 13.48.1 two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @0.75 ltr / 10 sqm as per direction of Engineer in charge.
36Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. for thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm
37Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4Coarse sand), including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.
38SCHEDULE A PART - III (STORAGE SHELTER & RATION STORE BLDG WORK) Demolishing cement concrete roof slab manually by mechanical means including disposal ofmaterial within 50 meters lead Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix)as per direction of Engineer in-charge

54Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS :2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters
55Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm)
56Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufactured of density at 25°C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/litre and viscocity 70 - 160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 350/300 N/5 cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane
57Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm
58Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete
59Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excl the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

61Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge
62Banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with ½ tonne roller, or wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing up, in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks, and guide banks etc., lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m
