| 1 | Charges for rendering services as detailed below:(a) Maintenance of all the gardens in IOCL Jaipur pump stataion including lawn, flower beds, hedges, shrubs other plants rockery, seasonal flowers, pond, mount etc. and maintaining seasonal flowers,shrubs & treeplings etc. by watering, hosing, cutting hedge etc.required as per direction of EIC including all tools and tackles etc ,(b)Maintenance of trees and shrubs by watering, hosing,readingmanure, insecticides etc. including trimming of proper shape and size as per direction with all tools & tackles, plants etc. all complete.(c) Maint. of Big trees by trimming branches of proper shape as per direction with all tools & tackles all complete including collection ofthe same manually and lift & disposal of garbage within a lead of 1 Km or as directed by engineer-in-charge. (d) Maintenance of potted plants by hosing, watering, trimming,stacking, spreading insecticides, transferring plants from one pot toanother or from ground with all tools and tackles, plants etc. complete.(e) Transportation/shifting of various materials such as potted plants and other Materials as per direction from one place to another upto alead of 1 Km including loading and unloading etc. all complete.(f) Re-development of old gardens by removing old lawns, hosing,weeding, removing debris, spreading earth manure insecticides, leveling,planting any lawns, flower beds, hedge shrubs etc. and watering as maybe directed, dressing lawns with mover complete with all materials,tools & tackles etc. complete . (g) Maintenance of all types of hedges by cutting with scissors upto required cleaning etc. complete with all tools complete. Maintenance of hedge includes uniform, cutting of hedge, height & thickness as directed including all the leaves and cut materialof hedge shall be cleaned and disposed off in nearby garbage pits. The items include all labors, tools and plants etc. complete.(h) Development of new garden with lawns flower beds, hedges, shrubsetc. all as per direction by digging upto depth of 0.50 M cleaning grass deweeding removing debris to a load of 1 Km, spreading earth mixingmanure insecticides, leveling planting lawns, shrubs hedge flower beds etc. complete with all Materials tools and tackles plants etc. as perthe direction of engineer-in-charge.(i) Tentative area in which lawn/ plants etc. is to be maintained on daily basis and new grass / plants are to be planted is around 500 Sqm and where only grass is to be maintained on weekly basis is around 1000 Sqm.(j) Payment for supply for plants, hedges, grass, earth, fertilizers, insecticides, earth pots etc will be paid seperately as per other items mentioned in SOR. (k) A minimum one (1) unskilled manpower shall be required for above Job on daily basis. Rates of this item are fixed. Note: 1)Shifting of components/ parts, cleaning activities and other support services in station premises & Mainline jurisdiction shall be under scope of contractor. 2)Major tools ,tackles and jute for cleaning etc. shall be provided by IOCl free of cost. However labourers shall be under the scope of contractor. (The rate for this item is fixed, Bidders are not allowed to quote the rate for this item) |
| 2 | Charges for rendering services as detailed below: (a) Mopping of floors of control room, MCC room, PMCC room, workshop, staff room, officer cabin, battery room, Switchyard Building , VFD Room, Store rooms, Sample room and all common area with soap solution with wet cloth after sweeping the floor with phooll broomand removing cob-webs, birds nest etc with all tools ,tackles, labour &materials etc. complete and disposal of debris / wastes to the nearestgarbage bins/pits outside IOCL boundary. as per directions of engineer-in-charge. (b) housekeeping services for day to day cleaning like Removing stains, paint, washing & cleaning the window and ventilators" glass panel from both the sides with cleaning powder, paint remover as per requirement, brooming, dusting, sweeping, moping etc. of latrine/toilets of control building and workshop building etc. excluding cleaning material. (c) All items required for cleaning like phenyle, acid, harpic, different type of broom, mop, brush etc. shall be supplied by contractor and shall be paid seperately as per other item no. 0060. (d) Cleaning of overhead water tanksby removing sludge, moss by scrapping & disposing them out at the dumping place within the lead of 500 m. Tank to be bleached with chlorinated water/bleaching powder in proportion to disinfect properly with all labour, material complete and as per direction. (e) The tentative area for this item is approximately 1000sqm which needs to be cleaned atleast once in a day or more as per direction of EIC. (f) A minimum one (1) unskilled manpower shall be required for above Job on daily basis. | 3 | Charges for rendering services as detailed below: (a) Sweeping of MLPU shed, Booster shed, tank farm area, station roads, station piping area,cleaning of station piping, sample point cleaning, pathway, removing tree leaves and any other common area including parking etc. disposing off the garbage and other foreign materials outside the station premises area as perdirection of Engineer-In-Charge, (b) The job also includes any assistance required in loading and unloading of official material as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge as and when required, (c) The tentative area for this item is approximately 5000 sqm which needs to be cleaned atleast once in a day or more as per direction of EIC. (d) All items required for cleaning like different type of broom, brush etc. shall be supplied by contractor and shall be paid seperately as per other itemno. 0060. (e) cleaning of common dustbins, drain & sewage line, cleaning of soak pit, disposing it to designated area (f) A minimum one (1) unskilled manpower shall be required for above Job on daily basis. Note: 1)Shifting of components/ parts, cleaning activities and other support services in station premises & Mainline jurisdiction shall be under scope of contractor. 2)Major tools ,tackles and jute for cleaning etc. shall be provided by IOCl free of cost. Watering shall be done through water tanker having 5000 litre capacity with one labour for watering including cost of water, filling of tanker, watering at site with all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. | 22 | Anti-termite treatment of trees by digging holes 30 cm deep & 4 cm dia, 6 to 7 holes around the tree using chemical emulsion (Chlorpyriphos 20% EC in the ratio of 1% concentration) at the rate of 1.5 liter per hole in two time or more application to get the trees free from termite infection, complete as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. [Note: Unit "EA" shall mean "EACH TREE"]. |
| 23 | Anti-termite treatment of infected trees including all branches/ leaves by spraying chemical emulsion (Chlorpyriphos 20% EC 0.5% concentration) through power spray machine @ 100 ml Chlorpyriphos per tree including cost of chemical, complete as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. | 24 | Anti-termite treatment of lawn area using PREMISE 30.50% IP. One litre PREMISE diluted in 499 litres of water and applying solution @ 1.00 litre per sqm of lawn or bed area (two applications are required) including cost of chemical complete as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
