Cylinder Mounting - Piston end flange mounted 6.Power pack & cylinder mounting - In hoist room Rates Shall be Quoted for Following Item (S) Hydraulic power pack system for Double acting push pull type vertical cylinder & piston arrangement having capacity 175 Ton, Stroke 2500 to 2700 mm. Closing/lifting speed Of 0.5 Mtr/min for gates, repairs or replacement of power pack equipment or instruments electric motor, pump, pressure switches, pressure gauges, pressure relief valves, Direction control valves, thermostats necessary piping & tubing, oil level indicator etc. complete with supply of required Quantity of Hydraulic Dismantling of worn out Parts/Unit Assembly, Supply commissioning & Testing at site. Supply of whether proof control panel for hydraulic system with along gate position unit, Starter, switches, Indicator, lamps, provision of remote control, etc Works shall including Erection, Commissioning & Testing at site.
