| 1 | Attending of street/ security lights complaints received through telephone or in person and rectification of defects in street lights like , LED street light, post top lamp, Flood light fittings etc of any make, installed on street light poles 9/ 11 metres long, buildings, walls, roof by bringing down the fittings on ground or in position by replacing unserviceable items including cleaning of glass etc, further replacement of old unserviceable street light fittings with new fittingscomplete all as specified and as directed. (Contractor will provide ladder, toolsrequired at site): -Note: -(i)LED light fittings replaced shall be measured and paid separately under respective items(ii) Complaints shall be attended and rectified within 24 hrs of receipt of complaint.(iii) Lights on one pole repaired shall be treated as one complaint. |
