Tender For Comprehensive Maintenance Of Lifts At Map Bldgs, Ins Agrani, Coimbatore ; 1 Materilal And Labour For Comprehensive Maintenance / Repair And Servicing Of Two Electrically Operated Lifts Of Capacity 08 Passenger Of 544 Kg Serve For ( G+6 ) Floors And 13 Passenger Of 884 Kg Serve For ( G+6 ) Floors Complete Through Oem With Electrical / Control Panels And All Connected Gadgets / Devices Including Ards And Replacement Of All Defective Parts And Sundry Items Like Grease, Lubricant Oil, Cotton Waste, Small Pieces Of Cable Lugs For Different Capacity Lifts At The Following Location In Ins Agrani All As Specified And Directed By Engineer-In-Charge:- ( A ) 08 Passenger Lift Of 544 Kg At Map Phase Ii Building Used For ( G +6 ) Floors. Make Of Lift: Escon Elevators ( B ) 13 Passenger Lift Of 884 Kg At Map Phase Ii Bldg User For ( G+ 6 ) Floors Make Of Lift: Escon Elevatorsnote For Item No 1 To 9 ( I ) The Comprehensive Maintenance Shall Be Done Through Oem Of The Lift I.E. M / S Escon Elevators. ( Ii ) The Contractor Shall Inter Into An Mou ( Memorandum Of Understanding ) With The Oem Or Their Authorisedagency For Maintenance Of Lift. The Above Comprehensive Amc Certificate Shall Be Provided By The Contractor In Favour Of Age ( I ) Agrani Before Commencement Of Work, After Acceptance Of Ca. ( Iii ) All The Parts Shall Be Genuine And Shall Be From Original Equipment Manufacturer ( Oem ) And Shall Be As Approved By Age ( I ) . ( Iv ) All Stainless Steel Parts Such As Lift Car Enclousure, Opening Doors, Jamps, Cills Etc Shall Be Thoroughly Cleaned To Remove Rust, Stains Etc With Suitable Solution. The Contractor Shall Also Clean, Maintain Properly The Machine Room, Machinaries And Lift As Directed By Engr-In-Charge. The Rates Quoted For Respective Items Shall Be Deemed To Include For The Same. ( V ) Any Breakdowns / Complaints Shall Be Attend And Rectify Within 12 Hrs. If The Complaint Not Attended And Rectified Within 24 Hrs Panalty Of Rs 2000 / - Per Day Will Be Charged. 2 ( Vi ) The Rates Quoted For Above Items Shall Be Included For Replacement Of Any Minor Spares, Consumables Accessories Like Fan, Light / Cabin Light, Alarm And All Other Connected Items Becoming Unserviceable During The Contract Period And Nothing Extra Will Be Charged. ( Vii ) Major Spare Parts If Any Found Defective During The Period Of Contract To Be Replaced As Catered Here In After And Shall Be Measured And Paid Separately Under Relevant Items. ( Viii ) The Contractor Is Responsible To Carried Out Periodical Routine Check Up ( Monthly / Quarterly ) Through Oem ( Once In A Month ) Or As Per The Direction Of Engr-In-Charge To Ensure The Serviceability And Proper Functioning Of Lifts In All Respect ( Each Month Will Be Considered As 01 Job ) ( Ix ) The Contractor Is Responsible To Clean / Empty The Lift Pit With Necessary Equipments And Make Lift Operational ( If Water Found Filled In The Pit During Rainy Season ) The Rates For The Same Is Deemed To Be Included In The Quoted Rate. ( X ) The Contractor Should Ensure All Provisions As Laid Down By State / Central Govt, Labour Commissions. Employees Provident Fund Payments, Employee Insurance, Minimum Fair Wages, Working Conditions Lift Insurance And Licence Renewal To Be Made From The Lift Licence Issue Authority Govt Of Tamil Nadu For Lift And To Display Certification Of Lift License In Lift Car Etc Are To Be Complied. 3 ( Xi ) Well Trained, Service Engineer / Technicians Deputed By Oem Are To Be Employed At Site For Lift Maintenance. Prior Approval In This Regard Is To Be Obtained From Age ( I ) Agrani. ( Xii ) The Work Will Be Of Continuous In Nature Without Sundays, Holidays Or Strikes And The Contractor Must Employ Lift Technicians For The Work When Necessity Arises. ( Xiii ) The Service Engineer / Technician Should Ensure The Serviceability Of The Lifts For Every Odd Situation. The Contractor Should Ensure Full Safety And Security Of Personnel Deployed. Any Casualty Or Injury Sustained By The Service Engineer / Technician During The Currency Of The Contract At The Defence Premises Shall Be Sole Liability Of The Contractor. ( Xiv ) All Tools & Plants Or Transport Required For Carrying Out Comprehensive Maintenance And Necessary Stationary & Documents ( Log Book ) Records At Each Lift Installation Will Be Arranged By The Contractor And Nothing Extra Will Be Admissible On This Account. 4 Supply And Fixing In Replacement Of Existing Control System To Canbasintegrated Controller Based On Collective Control Panel For Trouble Free Maximum Efficiency And Longer Life To The Lift Of 1 Nos.13 Passenger Capacity Lift ( G+6 Floors ) Installed At Map Phase Ii Building At Ins Agrani. 1Materilal and Labour for Comprehensive maintenance / repair and servicing of two electrically operated lifts of Capacity 08 Passenger of 544 kg serve for (G+6) floors and 13 Passenger of 884 Kg serve for (G+6) floors complete through OEM with electrical/control panels and all connected Gadgets/Devices including ARDS and replacement of all defective parts and sundry items like grease, lubricant oil, cotton waste, small pieces of cable lugs for different capacity lifts at the following location in INS Agrani all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge:- (a) 08 passenger lift of 544 kg at MAP Phase II building used for (G +6) floors. Make of lift: ESCON Elevators (b) 13 passenger lift of 884 Kg at MAP Phase II bldg user for (G+ 6) floors Make of lift: ESCON Elevators Note for Item No 1 to 9 (i)The comprehensive maintenance shall be done through OEM of the lift i.e. M/s ESCON ELEVATORS. (ii) The contractor shall inter into an MOU(Memorandum of understanding) with the OEM or their authorisedagency for maintenance of lift. The above comprehensive AMC certificate shall be provided by the contractor in favour of AGE(I) Agrani before commencement of work, after acceptance of CA. (iii) All the parts shall be genuine and shall be from original equipment manufacturer(OEM) and shall be as approved by AGE(I). (iv) All stainless steel parts such as lift car enclousure, opening doors, jamps,cills etc shall be thoroughly cleaned to remove rust, stains etc with suitable solution. The contractor shall also clean, maintain properly the machine room, machinaries and lift as directed by Engr-In-Charge. The rates quoted for respective items shall be deemed to include for the same. (v)Any breakdowns/complaints shall be attend and rectify within 12 Hrs. If the complaint not attended and rectified within 24 Hrs panalty of Rs 2000/- per day will be charged.
2(vi)The rates quoted for above items shall be included for replacement of any minor spares,consumables accessories like fan,light/cabin light, alarm and all other connected items becoming unserviceable during the contract period and nothing extra will be charged. (vii)Major spare parts if any found defective during the period of contract to be replaced as catered here in after and shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (viii)The contractor is responsible to carried out periodical routine check up (Monthly/Quarterly) through OEM(Once in a month) or as per the direction of Engr-In-Charge to ensure the serviceability and proper functioning of lifts in all respect(Each month will be considered as 01 Job) (ix)The contractor is responsible to clean/Empty the lift pit with necessary equipments and make lift operational (If water found filled in the pit during rainy season) the rates for the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.(x) The contractor should ensure all provisions as laid down by State/Central Govt, Labour Commissions. Employees provident fund payments, Employee Insurance, minimum fair wages, working conditions Lift Insurance and Licence renewal to be made from the Lift licence issue authority Govt of Tamil Nadu for Lift and to display certification of lift license in lift car etc are to be complied.
3(xi)Well trained, service engineer/ technicians deputed by OEM are to be employed at site for lift maintenance. Prior approval in this regard is to be obtained from AGE(I) Agrani. (xii)The work will be of continuous in nature without Sundays, Holidays or Strikes and the contractor must employ lift technicians for the work when necessity arises. (xiii)The service engineer/technician should ensure the serviceability of the lifts for every odd situation. The contractor should ensure full safety and security of personnel deployed. Any casualty or injury sustained by the service engineer/technician during the currency of the contract at the defence premises shall be sole liability of the contractor.(xiv) All tools & plants or transport required for carrying out comprehensive maintenance and necessary stationary & documents (log book) records at each lift installation will be arranged by the contractor and nothing extra will be admissible on this account.
4Supply and Fixing in replacement of existing control system to CANBASIntegrated Controller based on collective control panel for trouble free maximum efficiency and longer life to the lift of 1 Nos.13 Passenger Capacity Lift (G+6 floors) installed at MAP Phase II building at INS Agrani. 5Supply and Fixing in replacement of Dynamic Breaking Resistor with allaccessories suitable for 13 Passenger Capacity Lift (G+6 floors) installed at MAP II building at INS Agrani
6Supply only Rotary Encoder for Speed feedback of Main Drive completeall accessories of 13 Passenger Capacity Lift (G+6 floors) installed at MAP II building at INS Agrani.
