3Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 11 KV of rating 630 Amps RMU unit outdoor type IP-54 protection duly painted (Paint shade in painted Alu Zn/RAL 7032 on sheet steel for door and covers), SF-6 gas insulated RMU (Ring Main Unit) four way comprising of two (02 Nos) numbers manually operated load break switch for incoming,Two (02 Nos)number Vacuum Circuit Breaker as outgoing, inside SF6 gas filled stainless steel (nonferrous and nonmagnetic grade) tank having minimum thickness 2.5 mm +/- 0.5 mm having IP-67 degree of protectionwith painting as per manufacturer specification & leak rate of SF-6 gas less than 0.1%, gas refillable at site, RMU should be provided with Copper Bus bar, one number fault passage indicator with each incoming and outgoing, mechanism for interlocking arrangements for powered relay complete with all accessories as under :-

33(h) Breaker shall be provided with following features:- (i) Auxiliary switch with 6 NO + 6NC contacts mounted on the draw out portion of the switchgear. (ii) Position/ cell switch with 3 NO + 3 NC contacts one each for TEST and SERVICE position. (iii) Auxiliary switch with 4 NO + 4 NC contacts mounted on the stationary portion of the operated mechanically by a sliding lever from the breaker in service position.
34Note for item No. 5 and 6:- (a) Electrical and mechanical interlocking between all incoming breaker and bus coupler to avoid double supply in outgoing breakers. (b) The VCB should be matched with existing VCB/OCBs including extension of bus bar and weather proof bus duct, nuts bolts and painting with colour etc as required at site complete all as specified and directed. (c) Contractor shall submit the drawing as per CA specification to Garrison Engineer before placing orders to original manufacturer"s of panels. (d) Minor items/parts required for making connections in respect of incoming outgoing and earthing etc are deemed to be included in the quoted rates by the contractor. (e) The VCB should be tested at site after installation with primary injection system according to the load of feeders and submit the test report of all VCB before pre commissioning in booklet form, cost of the same included in the quoted rate.
35Supply, laying, jointing and testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanizedsteel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (Heavy duty) 11000 volts grade with stranded aluminum conductor of cross sectional area 3 core 120 sq mm complete all as specified and directed.
36Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor/outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 to 185 sq mm complete all as specified and directed.
37Material & labour GI tube light grade 100 mm for protection ofUG cable including dismantling complete all as specified and directed.
38Supply and fixing HT cable root indicator of cast iron embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) of size 100x100x200 mm foundation up to ground level including necessary earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.
39Material and labour for earthing with steelearth plate electrode ofsize 60x60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip of size 32 X 6mm as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers of steel after welding of GI strip to earth electrode to the full length of earth plate,40mm dia GI tubing light grade protection pipe up to test point, 20mm dia GI watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, PCC pit 1:3:6 with pit cover of size 30X30cm made of RCC 1:3:6 with suitable handle angle iron frame made of angle iron of size 40x40x4mm, adequate qty of charcoal dust and salt layers all around the earth plate,removal of surplus soil and returning filling in all as required at site including test point made out of steel plate of size 75x75x6mm fixed to wall all as specified in plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and directed.
40Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth in soft/lose soil for laying cable/taking out under ground cable, GI pipes and bricks laid under cable and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as directed.
41Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick in soft/lose soil after cable/pipes are laid and tested complete all as directed.
42Removing the excavated soil to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as directed.
43Supply & laying Sand coarse dry as in cushioning of underground electric cable in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23cm (15cm under the cable & 8cm over the cable ) and gently punned down to 18cm thickness all complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Only punned down sand thickness 18CM shall be measured and paid.
44Material and labour for un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover HV type I, flat size 300 mm X 180 mm X 40 mm as protection to underground cable laid dry and flat adjoining each other complete all as directed.
