Boilers Having Capacity 25 Tph Each Boiler For Season 2023-24 On Per Day Basis. Detail Of Material To Be Used:- I ) P.H Booster Ii ) Scale Softener / Softening Agent Iii ) Oxygen Scavenger These Chemicals Must Maintain Following Parameters During Boiler Operation:- A ) P.H Of Feed Water Will Be Maintained Between 8.5 To 9.0 . B ) P.H Of Boiler Drum Water Will Be Maintained Between 9.50 To 10.50. C ) Boiler T.D.S Will Be Maintained Between 800-1000 Ppm D ) Boiler Water Sulphite Should Be 25 To 30 Ppm E ) Phosphate Should Be 15 To 30 Ppm Note:- 1 ) The Representative Of Party Will Be Available In Mills For 24 Hrs In Whole Crushing Season & Will Do Weekly Chemical Analysis Of Boiler Water With His Company Owned Testing Kit. 2 ) Dosing Pump Will Be Provided By The Party. 3 ) Rate Should Be Per Day Basis.

Detail of material to be used:- i) P.H Booster ii) Scale softener/ Softening agent iii) Oxygen scavenger These chemicals must maintain following parameters during boiler operation:- a) P.H of feed water will be maintained between 8.5 to 9.0 . b) P.H of Boiler drum water will be maintained between 9.50 to 10.50. c) Boiler T.D.S will be maintained between 800-1000 PPM d) Boiler water sulphite should be 25 to 30 PPM e) Phosphate should be 15 to 30 PPM Note:- 1)The representative of party will be available in mills for 24 hrs in whole crushing season & will do weekly chemical analysis of boiler water with his company owned testing kit. 2) Dosing pump will be provided by the party. 3) Rate should be per day basis.
