70	Removing and refixing Rolling shutter after repairs at Work shop including transportion from site to Workshop and bring back to site after necessary repairs. This includes providing side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 for existing M.S. top cover for rolling shutters. a) Rolling shutters of size up to 10 Sqm . (Note: Item includes the cost of all labour Materials involved and nothing extra shall be paid ion any account eccept new ball bearing which shall be paid under relevant item).
71	Refixingavailable rain water pipe to required line and alignment with new PVC Pipe clips, cutting and jointing wherever necessary with approved adhesive all complete and as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. (only New PVC clips shall be paid under releavent agreement item) 100 to 150 mm Dia Rain water pipe
72	Dismantling Aluminium Grill made out of 6 to 8mm dia by removing glazing clips nails, etc., and stacking neetly in safe place in countable manner as directed by the Engineer - in - charge.
73	Refixing of available Aluminium partition with available materials inclusive of aluminium members, particle boards, glass panes, snap on beading, door closures etc., including providing new rubber gasket andscrews, cutting the members to required size wherever required etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer in Charge. (Note:1 The height of the partition upto false ceiling is 2.80 to 3.0 m. Every alternative verticle aluminium member should reach upto RCC slab ceiling and proper fixing should be done. Note 2: Total height of Aluminium partition/section upto RCC slab will be taken as the height of patition).
74	Easoning of wooden/PVC door shutter including removing from the position,planing where ever required,providing new hinges whereever required and re fixing in position etc all complete as directed by the engineer incharge.
75	Easening of Steel windows by removing bend of shutter memberscleaning, oiling to hinges, etc., all complete and as per direction of Engineer in charge (Note : The item includes all incidental, labour, material, tools involved and nothing extra shall be paid on any account)
76	cleaning ceramic tiles/glazed tiles dado with soapwater/ acid to remove patches of dust ,filling the joints with matching pigment etc all complete as directed by the engineer incharge.
77	Repairs toP.V.C. low level flushing cistern by replacing ball valve, washer and liver wherever required and checking the same etc., complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
78	Cleaning terrace on 3rd floor by romoving dust (dirt), debris if any and disposing the same beyond the CTO premises all complete as per direction of Engineer - in - charge (The item includes removal of weeds grown on walls, terrace and also all incidental laboures, materials, tools and plants etc., and nothing extra shall be paid on any account)
79	Shifting of Counter Table of size 1.50 X 0.60 X 0.90 M made of 18 mm thick ply wood legs, drawers and 18mm thick Grainate Top as available at site to required position within 100 Meters distance all complete, andas per direction of Engineer - in - Charge. Note : 1) The agency has to take adequate arrangements not to damage any part or portion of the Counter table during removing and shifting Note: 2)The item includes all incidental, labour, material, tools involved and nothing extra shall be paid on any account)
80	Removing and shifting Cash Counter Table of 1.00 X 0.60 X 14.00 M and cutting nearly 4.50M and shifting to the required premises all complete as per direction of Engineer - in - charge, the item includes cutting of 18mm thick Grainate Top 18mm thick Ply Wood top, as required at site and shifting to the required destination all complete as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.Note : 1) The agency has to take adequate arrangements not to damage any part or portion of the Counter table during removing and shifting Note: 2)The item includes all incidental, labour, material, tools involved and nothing extra shall be paid on any account)
81	cleaning ofPVC Over head tank with soap water, coir brush to remove dirtand scale and removing the waste water beyond the premises etc all complete as directed by the engineer in charge.
82	Refixing of available aluminium door to the designated place including shifting and fixing in position with necessary aluminium hinges with necessary screws of required size make etc, all complete as directed by the engineer in charge. (NOTE: The item includes all incidental, labour, material, tools involved and nothing extra shall be paid exept the Door fittings.)
