(a) Planning, Designing and Construction of following structures.RCC Framed Structure ,(Percentage of Individual (In costing)Retaining wall / Boundary wall / Fencing as per Tender Documents Type -01 : 520 Rm : 51% Type-02: 380 Rm : 36%Type-03 ICP Site: 720 Rm: 4.5%Ratus River side drain : 350 Rm :3.5% Type -03 Residential Barbed wire fencing : 570 Rm : 5%Mild Steel Gate : 03 Nos : 01%(+/- variation applicable as per SCC) Preparation of Preliminary Architectural & Detailed Working Drawings, Structural Analysis & Design, Planning, Designing & Execution of all related Services including InternalCivil & Electrical Service Connections, all services etc as per NBC 2016. The work shall be executed complete as per scope, specifications, conditions and other details stipulated in NIT/Tender document and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(b) Incase of any system / services exist the bidders shall quote for relocation of existing all types of services, demolition of existing structures (if any), drainage system, roof top & surface rain water harvesting system including terrace , specifications, conditions and other details stipulated in NIT/Tender document and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The drawings must be vetted from NIT/IIT.
