| 1 | Supply of Fully Automatic Non Corrodible Cubicle Type Vacuum Feed Chlorinator confirming to IS 10553 (Part 2) 1983 with latest amendments; capacity of 0.0 to 5.0 Kg/hr along with the following essential parts for protection (All the components should be made out of non-corrosive type materials)A) Stainless Steel 316 Chlorine gas filter with necessary fittings and Diaphragm model Chlorine Pressure Gauge to see the cylinder pressure B) A vacuum regulator with Teflon diaphragm and Teflon working parts and stainless steel support, which can stop the chlorine flow from the cylinder in case of power failure/water shortage. C) Compensating Differential Regulator with Teflon diaphragm and working parts to maintain the constant downstream pressure.D) Flow regulating pressure valve to maintain the constant flow of required chlorine gas.E) A borosilicate glass rotameter with scale and Control valve to measure the flow of chlorine gas.F) An injector system to create the necessary vacuum at a minimum water pressure 0.5kg/cm2G) A vacuum pressure breaker to prevent the possibility of water being drawn into the chlorinator and chlorine cylinder.H) All connection pipes for chlorine gas should be made out of copper and stainless steel fittings;Cylinder Jack made out of Stainless SteelI) Fully Automatic Electrically operated Auto Shut Off Valves suitable for chlorine gas. This Valve should be closed in case of power failure (through I1OT Controls and operating software) with Uninterrupted Power SupplySystemJ) Cabinet should made out ofFRP, fitted with three numbers of pressure gauges to show the chlorine, water and vaccum pressure having a minimum size of 1,600 x 780 x 540mm with a pedestal mounting block.K) Chlorination Plant is to be operated automatically only when the sump is filled with water at a minimum level of one lakh litres. L) Chlorination Plant will be operated and maintained by the company for a period of one year continuously to getchlorine level @3.0 PPM at pumping station toget 0.2 PPM at the tail end. The dosage time can be regulated according to our required chlorine dosing levels |
