Cleaning the tiles, lavatory, flooring, urinals etc. by removing stains etc. by using lavatory/ urinal cleaner to make the area clean and free from all dust, dirt and stains etc. 2. Cleaning and sweeping the stair case, passages, rooms etc with phooll broom, removal of cow webs, and mopping of floors of offices, toilets, control rooms etc. with floor disinfectant mixed with water with wet cloth as per directions of Engineer -in-charge. 3. Collection of Kitchen waste, dry waste & toxic waste in offices and segregating the waste into biodegradable & non bio-degradeable waste and finally dispose them separately at designated place (Dumping Yard/ Pit) on daily basis as per requirement, with trained workmen, with all labour, tools, tackles, safety & protective clothes etc. 3. Thorough cleaning of paved and unpaved areas, roads, road side berms, broming removal of scraps and other unwanted left over materials including removal of chockage in the drains, removal of chockage from the road side / pave or unpaved area side drains and disposal of the rubbish etc. to the nearest garbage bin or as directly by Engineer-in-charge. |

| 5 | Providing services of one number un-skilled gardener/ mali for day-to-day/regular maintenance of lawns /gardens /landscape/nearby pathways, decorative plants (indoor/outdoor/exotic/seasonal), permanent Plants, flower-beds//kyari, ground covers, hedges, landscapes/gardens and flower pots etc. including hoeing, watering, cutting of hedge/ edge, Topiary / trimming works, pruning, trimming, shaping of trees/ shrubs, weeding out of weeds, preparation of soil/bed, mixing of sludge/manure/fertilzer in the required proportion for plantation of seasonal flowers, spreading of sludge, dump manure and/or good earth in required thickness, planting of saplings /seeds, applying/spraying insecticide/pesticide, mowing of lawn through lawn mower, removal of dead /damaged plants/branches/ leaves/debris/ un-wanted material etc to the designated place inside station premises through Three Wheeler Cycle Rickshaw and their disposal from the office complex to the area notified for the purpose as per instruction, dressing, levelling and watering, placement & periodic shifting of the plants, painting & upkeep of the earthen pots etc complete as per direction of Engineer-In-charge. This includes the cost of all tools/tackles/ Equipments (like Khurpi/Spade/Lawn Mower/ Hedge Shear / Flexible pipe/ buckets/ Three Wheeler Cycle Rickshaw etc.), manpower, cost of consumables etc. The maintenance activities shall include areas, but not limited to the maintenance of: a. Lawn/ Landscape/ Garden Area: Approx. 20000 SqM b. Outdoor & indoor Pot Plant: Approx. 500 No. c. Seasonal & Permanent Plants: Approx 2000 No. |

| 9 | Annual Rate Contract for providing Environment Management Services, Horticulture Works, Civil maintenance/repair works at SMPL Station, NRPL Panipatfor a period of 02 (Two) years. The work shall be executed as per Tender terms & conditions, Technical Specifications, Relevant IS Standrads, Schedule of Rates (SOR) and instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Bidders are required to quote a percentage "Less(-)" or "Excess(+)" or "At Par" to the rates indicated in the SOR annexed to the "Part II: Price Part" of tender documents. The percentage quoted by the bidder shall be uniformly applicable to all the Quotable items mentioned in the SOR. Note: The estimated amount is indicative only and given herein for the information of Bidders. Bidders to note that the actual Contract Value may vary depending upon the requirement of work. |
