(5 Passengers Lift) , Providing Fully Comprehensive Servicing & Maintenance Contract To The Lifts Having Following Specifications For 1 Year (1St Year)A) Make - Jolly Elevators B)Capacity - 5 Passangers/ 340 Kgc) Speed - 1.0 Mtr/Secd) Drive- Electronic Microprocessor Based Vvvf Drive,E) Travel - Gr + 1 Upper Floors F) Telescopic Opening, Automatic, Power Operated Stainless Steel Doors G) Auto Rescue Device H) Infrared Curtain I) Over Load Warning Alarm Device J) Intercom System , Providing Fully Comprehensive Servicing & Maintenance Contract To The Lifts Having Following Specifications For 1 Year (2Nd Year)A) Make - Jolly Elevators B)Capacity - 5 Passangers/ 340 Kgc) Speed - 1.0 Mtr/Secd) Drive- Electronic Microprocessor Based Vvvf Drive,E) Travel - Gr + 1 Upper Floors F) Telescopic Opening, Automatic, Power Operated Stainless Steel Doors G) Auto Rescue Device H) Infrared Curtain I) Over Load Warning Alarm Device J) Intercom System , Providing Fully Comprehensive Servicing & Maintenance Contract To The Lifts Having Following Specifications For 1 Year (3Rd Year)A) Make - Jolly Elevators B)Capacity - 5 Passangers/ 340 Kgc) Speed - 1.0 Mtr/Secd) Drive- Electronic Microprocessor Based Vvvf Drive,E) Travel - Gr + 1 Upper Floors F) Telescopic Opening, Automatic, Power Operated Stainless Steel Doors G) Auto Rescue Device H) Infrared Curtain I) Over Load Warning Alarm Device J) Intercom System , Comprehensive Annual Maintenancecontract Of Lift :- Following Are The List Of Points Included Under This Contract. 1) Ensure The Smooth Running Of All The Lifts As Per The Provisions Laid Down In Reverent Indian Standard, The Maharashtra Lifts, Escalators And Moving Walks Act 2017 & Rules. 2) Routine Cleaning, Oiling, Greasing Of Car & Counter Weight Guides & Guide Shoes, All Lift Doors And All Other Moving Parts. Atleast Once In A Month. 3) Adjustments & Repairs To Controller Leveling Devices,Contactors Timing Devices Mechanical/ Electrical Driving Equipments Record Of Repairs/ Servicing Of Each Machine To Be Submitted In Logbook/History Sheet For Every Month. 4) Examine All The Wire Ropes/ Belts As Often As Required To Maintain An Adequate Factor Of Safety To Equalize The On All Hoisting Ropes/Belts, Repair/Replacement Of Conductor Hoistway Cables Machine Room & Elevator Wiring. 5) Repair/Replacement Of Lift, Drive Sheeves, Ball Bearing, Brake Contacts, Linning And Motor Component And Other Mechanical Part As And When Required With All Steel Ropes. Also Repair/Replacement Of Rope, Light, Cop, Lop, Fan, Wiring,Switche, Switches, Etc As And When Required. 6) Replacement Of Car/Hoistway Doors And Frames Are Not Included In This Job However Repairs To These Parts Are Included In This Job. 7) If Due To Any Civilor Water Leakage Any Components Gets Damaged Then The Repair/ Replacement Of Such Parts Are Not Included Under This Contract. 8) Attending Lift Inspection (Conducted By Inspector Of Lift) With All Necessary Record As And When Required.
