The ball bearings are mounted inside specially designed nylon balls. The rubber seat is affixed on 6 mm thick rubber coated GI chain. The seats are made with full care so that the child does not fall from it while swinging. | 37 | Terms & Conditions : 1 Buy back rates are applicable against exchange of same quantity of new children play equipment\"s only. 2 Buy back rates are inclusive of dismantling charge and removing the dismantled children play eqipment\"s from the site. 3 All the pipes should be G.I. ‘C’ class, ISI marked.4 The maintenance of equipment for initial one year after actual date of completion of the work shall be carried out by the agency at his own cost. The three years maintenance period as per the schedule above shall be reckoned after expiry of one year of maintenance period.5 It will be the responsibility of the agency of keep all the fitness equipment in fully working condition 24x7. If agency fails to bring the fitness equipment back inworking condition within 48 hours after receiving of the complaints, the agency shallpay Rs. 1000/- per complaint per day to the department.6 An amount equal to 10% of the cost of work against item No-1 to 5 in schedule shall be retained as additional Security Deposit, in addition to the Security Deposit mentioned elsewhere in contract form. The amount so withheld would be released after the date of completion of the entire work under the Agreement, if the performance of the work done is found satisfactory. However, the Security Deposit so deducted may be released in full against bank guarantee of equivalent amount in favour of Engineer-in-charge, if so decided by the Engineer-in-charge. |
