| 2 | Attending Preventive and daily maintenance works in and round the clock upkeeping of ECO hopper, Monitoring the operation of the Dome valves Economizer hoppers 200NB Dome valves, Plate valves, Coarse ash Conveying lines from ECO hopper to Coarse Ash Hopper, Cleaning and clearing the ash collected at ECO platform etc. Including the charges for consumables, personal protective equipments and other T&P’s required as per the direction of the engineer incharge. |

| 9 | Cutting the M.S plates into required size, leading, lifting, positioning on the eroded portion of coarse ash conveying lines from ECO hopper (40mtr) elevation to coarse ash buffer hopper at (13mtr) elevation, welding eroded (or) punctured portion of coarse ash conveying lines, ECO hopper spool pieces and Dome valves. Including the hire charges for scaffolding, safety appliances and T&P’s required as per the direction of the engineer incharge. |
| 10 | Releasing of chokes in coarse ash conveying lines from Economizer hoppers to coarse ash buffer hoppers in coarse ash handling system. This work involves dismantling the dome valves, Spool pieces, Top plate, Coarse ash conveying lines, flanges from ECO hopper to coarse ash Buffer hopper, Clearing the Coarse ash choked in the ECO hopper out let pipes and its related lines. Reassembling the same and Normalizing the system etc., The charges inclusive of scaffolding arrangements, consumables, safety appliances and T&P’s etc. the above said works to be carried out as per the direction of the engineer incharge. |
| 11 | Dismantling the 200NB dome valves from ECO hopper,inspection,Replacement / Reconditioning the Dome, Seal, Spool pieces, Top plate, “O” rings Gaskets etc., Reassembling the same and normalizing the system etc., The charges inclusive of scaffolding arrangements, consumables, safety appliances and T&P’s etc. the above said works to be carried out as per the direction of the engineer incharge. |
| 12 | Periodical inspection/ replacing of bag filters in coarse ash buffer hopper by opening the manhole of the bag filter unit in coarse ash buffer hopper after isolation the system, dismantling the air purging lines. Removing all the filters one by one from the bags retainers, cleaning the bag filters with compressed air, checking the bags filters and retainers for any damage. Reassembling the bag filter, bag retainers, fixing the bag filters one by one into the bag filter unit, air purging lines back into its position, closing the manhole of coarse ash buffer hopper and normalizing the system etc. Including the charges of consumables and other T&P’s required as per the direction of the engineer incharge. |
