| 1 | (a)Day to Day operation and cleaning of Flash Mixer / Vertical Flocculates and tube settler by engaging skilled operators / Electrician/Mechanic /Water work Supervisor and Helper as per Schedule given by E.I.C. in 2(two) shifts (8 hours in a shifts) including routine checking of all equipments installations and accessories for their proper functioning greasing and lubrication of gear, motor, pinion, gates and valves including cost of minor maintenance like change of oil,fuse wire , oil seal,gland packing nut & bolts etc. all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer - in -charge. up to 8 hourse (normaly between 7.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.) in a day in any time depending upon availability of power. |
| 2 | (b) Day to Day cleaning & operation of 4(four) nos.filter beds including all its electro mechanical equipments installations and accessories such as Control Console air blower,valves ets. Including back washing of filter beds by air blowing followed by water until fresh water comes out for proper functioning of the filter beds by engaging skilled operators / Electrician / Mechanic / Water Work Supervisor and Helper as per Schedule given by E.I.C. as per Schedule given in 2(two) shifts (8 hours in a shifts ) including routine checking of all equipments installations and accessories for their proper functioning greasing and lubrication of gear, motor, pinion, gates and valves including cost of minor maintenance like change of oil,fuse wire , gland packing nut & bolts etc. all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer - in -charge. up to 8 hourse (normaly between 7.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.) in a day in any time depending upon availability of power. |
| 3 | (c) Day to Day Cleaning & operation of alum and lime dosing tanks (Alum Tank 3 nos. and lime tank - 1 no.) including all its electro mechanical equipments, installations and accessories such as a agitator , paddles etc. by engaging skilled operators / Electrician / Mechanic / Water Work Supervisor and Helper as per Schedule given by E.I.C. as per Schedule given in 2 (two) shifts (8 hours in a shifts) including preparation of alum and lime solution of desired concentration depending upon the quality of raw water in consultation with the Laboratory Analyst loading alum and lime to the respective tank from the store including routine checking of all equipments installation and accessories for thier proper functioning greasing and lubrication of gear, motor, pinion, gates and valves including cost of minor maintenance like change of oil,fuse wire , gland packing nut & bolts etc. all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer - in -charge. up to 8 hourse (normaly between 7.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.) in a day in any time depending upon availability of power. (a+b+c). |

Labour:- Plant Supervisor-1 NoNote:- 1) Contractor have to pay Rs. 451.00/head/day to the Labourers engaged as Pump Operator/ Valve Operator/IEP Operator/ Guards excluding 8.33% Bonus.Note:-2) Bonus @ 8.33% should be given as per rules.Rate Analysis for ESIC & EPF with Ref Addendum No 01/2023 dated 21.02.2023 of CE-Planning & WQM, PHED. |
| 5 | A. Labour:- Plant Supervisor-1 NoReimbersement of operators/Guard payment as per EPF & ESIC rules.Note:- 1) Pump Operator/ Valve Operator/IEP Operator/ Guards are entitled to get a weekly day of with a prior approval of the JE/AE in charge or will be paid as per the existing rules. 2) Payment will be made as per actual basis. Duly approved leave details & vouchers (if required) need to be submitted for payment. |

| 13 | Supply of spare parts like bush, bearing etc., any other item of works from PWD/PHE schedule of rates required for smooth running of WTP with immidiate / Prior information to the EIC or his authorised officers. or any unforseen items like increase of labour rate etc. |
| 14 | Provisional arrear payment, if labour wages gets enhanced by the competent authority for daily operation of valves & pipe line inspection/IRP maintenance (This item will be paid only on production of the paid amount to the labour by the contractor). |
