    Supply And Supervision Of E And C Of Inert Gas Extinguishing System Along With Mandatory Spares For 2X660 Mw Ntpc Talcher Stpp Supply And Supervision Of E And C Of Inert Gas Extinguishing System Along With Mandatory Spares For 2X660 Mw Ntpc Talcher Stpp As Per Tender Documents , Iges Package As Per Bhel Specification , Lumpsum Price For Main Supply, Mandatory Spares And Supervision Of E&C Of Inert Gas Extinguishing System ( Iges ) As Per Unpriced Price Bid Format ( Annexure-1 Of Technical Specification No. Py51936-R00 ) For 2X660 Mw Ntpc Talcher Stpp. Note : 1. Refer Note No. 4, 5 & 7 Of Price Bid Format At Annexure-1 Of Technical Specification. Bidders Have To Furnish Unit Rates In The Annexure –1A Format And Upload The Same Along With Price Offer. Your Offer Will Not Be Evaluated Without Unit Rates. Any Item / Component, If Not Listed But Required During Execution, The Same Shall Be Supplied Without Any Price Implications. 2. The Bid Evaluation Is On Overall L1 Basis. Each And Every Item Of The Package Shall Be Quoted By The Bidder. Partial Offers Will Not Be Considered For Evaluation And The Same Are Liable For Rejection. 3. The Total Lump Price Quoted Shall Be Inclusive Of Packing & Forwarding, Freight And Testing Charge. 4. The Total Lump Price Quoted Shall Be Exclusive Of Gst, Third Party Inspection ( Tpi ) And Transit Insurance Charge. Gst Shall Be Paid Extra By Bhel At Applicable Rates. 5. The Percentage Of Discount Resulting For Entire Package Price After Ra / Price Negotiation With L1 Bidder I.E. Percentage Of Discount From Initial Online Sealed Bid Price To Ra / Negotiation Closing Price, Shall Be Considered For Unit Rates Of Addition / Deletion Items Also.
