| 1 | Repair of VT Pump (including fabrication of parts) of cooling water system of 3x40MW SVP Bhaba Power House machines. The job will consist the following:- 1. Fabrication of 8 Nos gun metal plain bush, 4 no. Gun metal collar bush and 4 no. Gland pressing nut with lubrication nipple. 2. Fabrication of 4 nos. Bearing coupling sleeves for pump motor as per sample. 3. Fabrication of 6 nos. Shaft enclosing tubes having outer dia 89mm & length 1.5m(having inner threading wirth thread picth of 2mm at both ends suiting to outer dimensions to hold the line shaft collar and plain bush) made of steel as per IS: 1239 IS: 1978. 4. Fabrication of 2 no discharge case and 2 Nos discharge case sleeve pf 10.5 inch in length with internal threads at both ends of thread pitch 2mm, length of thread picth is 75mm at both ends or as per sample whichever is larger. 5. Fabrication and replacement of 6 Nos Line shafts of SS:410. length of line shaft is 1.5m and dia 50mm, suitable thread is to be provided at both endsupto a length of 57mm with thread picth of 3mm or as per sample. Cut is to provided just near the threads at both ends to hold the shaft with pipe wrench.6. Fabrication of 2 No. SS 410 small sleeve of length 1"7.5" having dia 50mm with thread pitch of 3mm at both ends. length of threads at one end should be upto a length of 64.60mm and 86mm at other end or as per sample. 7. fabrication of 2 Nos. cone shaped SS filter(as per sample) to block the enterance of rags/ pieces of woods into the pump, and further avoid the choking of stainers and stator coolers. In addition to above if any other part is found damaged while carrying out repair of VT pump is to be replaced with new one by the firm/Contractor without any extra cost. Finally commissioning and testing of pump. |
