Medical College & Hospital Jammu by way ofdisconnecting necessary electrical connections, Dismantling the outer units of thewindow/Split ACs from their positions for repairing .The Job includes P/F of new compressors -04 No of 1.5TRcap .each, Coil 02 No’s ,fan motors with blades-02No,SPN-02Nos,capacitors-3No, contactors-03NO,PCB new ones-02No. Capillary-01No and PCB repairing-01No and replacement of copper pipe 20 feet in place of damaged one with insulation. The job includes repairing of the damaged condenser coils of 02 No. ACs by way of copper brazing and & refitting the outdoor units of window ACs back at their positions and making necessary electrical connections. The job also includes leak detection testing of ACs by holding pressure with nitrogen for 24 Hours. Flushing the line and then vaccumising the systemwith deep vacummisingand then charging the new compressors with refrigerant R-22 and also topping up of other compressors as well. The job also includes repairing of the internal wiring of the units. Complete Job includes cost of material, taxes,labour charges, transport charges, etc. |
