Supply Erection, fixing, grouting of stay rod in cement, sand and brick ballastin ration 1:4:8 in Block 600*600*300 mm with binding & nuzzlingincluding providing & fixing of stay insulator complete in all respect with grouting. (All Work and Material in the scope of Contractor) (28 Nos. at Jewar and 32 Nos. EDD- Greater Noida) 22 Fixing of 11 KV Dropper Channel as per site requirement. (04 Nos. EDD-Dadri and 4 Nos. EDD-Greater Noida) 23 FIXING OF PVC CABLE 1X240SQMM at different sites ofT/F AS PER SITE REQUIREMENT under EDD-Greater Noida. 24 Chemical Earthing of T/F : Providing of earth elctrode strip in pipe terminal type chemical earthing proper hot deep galvanization dia 50 mm length 3 mtr down conductor size - 32mm x 6mmterminal connection hole dia 8mm The cavity between the strip & pipes is filled with condutive mixture - for hermetically filling inside the cavity i.e. between secondary conductor & primary conductor, crystline compound is to be injected in the electrode assembly. It is a combination of high conductivity metal alloys, copper & aluminum power, conductive carbon / cement and bonding material etc the electrode should be sealed from both the ends. The outer pipe of the elctrode should be zinc coated the characteristics of this compound is highly cnductive, non magnetic & non corrosive in G.I. Including providing of Pgs backfill compound each elctrode should be supplied with bags of 25 kg x 2 bfc compound (ground resistance enhancement powder 50 kgs each CPRI tested to connect the above chemical earthing with the GI strip of size 32 mm x 6 mm suitable for distribution transformer under EDD-Dadri. 25 Construction of New Plinth for 250KVA & above capacity Distribution Transformers, The size of plinth shall be 2M long 2m wide and the height of the plinth shall be 1.50 M with 20 cm. thick top slab with 02 no. 125x65mm MS channel 2 M long embedded in it. The repairing work includes excavation of earth, laying of brick ballast pad for foundation brickwork, CC and plastering and proper curing. The ratio of cement/course sand/fine sand/brick ballast/stone grit as per RESPO schedule including unloading and Loading of the transformer with complete work in all respect. (All work and material in the scope of the Contractor) (11 Nos. at EDD-Dadri and 04 Nos. EDD-Greater Noida) 26 Construction of New Fencing of Transformer.The fencing shall be frameof size 1.5mt x1.80 mt fabricated out of MS angle iron of size 40x40x5 mm having 2 Nos. legs of 45 Cm. long in each frameduly welded and fixed with wire mesh of size 75mm 25mm, 10 SWG within the frame, pressed under MS flat of size 25x5 mm inside the angle iron on all four sides with the help of approx. 20 Nos. bolts and nuts. of 10 mm dia along with cross bracing of 25x5 mm MS flat on every frame will be grouted in 1:2:4 cement mortar with cement, coarse sand 20 mm gauge stone ballast in the size 0.22x0.22x0.45 Mtrs. Every frame after repairing will be painted with one coat of red oxide and two coats of blue synthetic enamel paint of approved make after proper cleaning. The above mentioned frame will be jointed with each other with 70 mm long MS flat of size 25x5mm by first class welding as per site. Fabrication and providing of wire mesh fencing frame for gate of size 1.5x180 Mtrs. Fabricated as items no. 2 and fixing of gate frame at each S/S as per site requirement with grouted frame providing 3 Nos. 100 mm size heavy duty hinges duly welded and having suitable locking arrangment and proper painting.(11 Nos. at EDD-Dadri and 04 Nos. EDD-Greater Noida) 27 Providing and Fixing of Best Quality Alu.Lug 400sqmm as per site requirement at EDD-Dadri. 28 Providing and Fixing of Best Quality Alu.
