Carrying Out The Work Supply And Installation Of 128 Nos. Acbs At Different Dts Of 33 11 Kv Substations Under Eudd Ii ( 13 Nos ) And Eudd Iii ( 115 Nos. ) , Noida In The Juridiction Of Eudc-Ii, Noida- 1 Providing and installation ofLT ACB800 Amp. with cabinet / structure (Make L&T, Schneider, ABB, Hevells) as per following specification with all relevant certificate :- 2 800 amp. 03 pole fixed manual ACB. 3 Red/yellow/blue light indication 4 ON & OFF Indication 5 Amp., Voltmeter& energy meter digital 6 Metering C.T 800/5A, 7 Panel fabrication of size 1250mm x 900mm x 600 mmmade of M.S sheet 14 gauge with powder coating with panel lock and key arrangement.(two nos). and additional locking arrangement seprately including providing hut type shape as per drg. 8 Fabrication ofaluminium bus-bar for each phases 9 Incoming size 425 mm x 50mmx12 mm (twin) 10 Out going size 720 mm x 50mm x 12 mm(twin) 11 Neutral size 900mmx50mmx12 mm. 12 Fabrication of pannel stand made of M.S Angle of size 900mm x 600mm x 500 mm as per drg. 13 Assembly of above ACB, Indicators, Meters, Metering CT & bus bar arrangment in the panel, fitting the panel on Stand with nut and boltswith wiringetc. & grouting inratio 1:4:8 with cement, coarse sand and brick blast. 14 Providing and fixing of aluminium bus bar of size 300mmx60mmx12 mm on L.T side of T/F. 15 Making all connections with ACB & Distribution T/F and commissioning the ACB complete in all respect. 16 PROVIDING AND INSTALLATION OF CHEMICAL EARTHING FOR ACB (WITH ALL MATERIAL AND LABOUR) AFTER INSTALLATION RESISTANCE SHOULD BE LESS THAN ONE OHM. AS PER FOLLOWING (The all material and labour shall be provided by the contractor) 17 Providing of earth elctrode for chemical earthing Pipe in pipe typeproper hot deep galvanization dia 50 mm length 3 mtr- 32mm x 6mmterminal connection hole dia 8mm The cavity between the pipe & pipe is filled with conductive mixture - for hermetically filling inside the cavity i.e. between secondary conductor & primary conductor, crystalline compound is to be injected in the electrode assembly. It is a combination of high conductivity metal alloys, copper & aluminum power, conductive carbon / cement and bonding material etc the electrode should be sealed from both the ends. The outer pipe of the elctrode should be galavanized the characteristics of this compound is highly cnductive, non magnetic & non corrosive in G.I. Including providing of backfill compound each elctrode should be supplied with bags of 25 kg x 2 bfc compound (ground resistance enhancement powder 50 kgs each CPRI tested for LT ACB installed at different DTs. 18 Providing and fixing of GI strip of size 32 mm x 6 mm suitable for LT ACB installed at different DTs. 19 Providing and fixing of PVC Pit covers for above earthing electrode terminals. 20 Providing AND FIXING of Al. Lug size 400mm./800mm AS PER SITE REQUIREMENT.
