Any change of materials required during running occasion may attend immediately and consult with the site Engineer of TIDC immediately for further decision.(Lumsum) |
| 8 | All-inclusive comprehensive operation & all routine, preventive and major/special maintenance works as required from time to time per month up to 12 month for complete Heat & ventilation Air conditioning System including Electrical wiring pertaining to HVAC system and installations i/c cost of all type of repairs complete as per terms & conditions. Spares parts used in maintenance/repair shall be paid separately on basis of invoice submitted by the contractor , Distmantled spares shall be deposited to the TIDC office(Per Month) |

| 15 | During faur time, special effort should be given for sweeping of toilets block frequently by engaging extra 6 nos sweepers otherwise payment shall be deducted 10% from the total bill amount. |
| 16 | Security: Security personal for 24 hours duty (Day + Night) for all building of fairground complex i/c exhibition hall,Tripura Haat, Restuarants, others block near gate souvenir stall, food court, stage etc. |
